I love this place and have been to a few different locations in the metro Detroit area. I've had the chicken slide, beef slider, fish slider and I need to go back and try some more. They have a good variety of sliders to try plus more menu items. I've never been disappointed in the service or food. I love their fries which I can't say about a lot of restaurants. They actually taste really good. And the one downtown has the best ketchup I've ever had, it was surprisingly really good! I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately my order was wrong, I ordered the cod slider and the crispy chicken slider but was given been instead of chicken. I don't eat beef so I had to come back to see if my order could be fixed. Also, fries were not seasoned as requested. I waited SO long for them to replace my slider and add fry seasoning. Ridiculously long time for something seemingly simple. My milkshake was just okay, also nothing special. Extremely hard to drink a custard through a normal straw though, milkshake straws are definitely needed. If you need a quick bite, I wouldn't even say try this place because too many reviews mention wrong orders. So the time it takes to order and then wait to receive a wrong order then your correct, you could just go elsewhere. read more

My cousin and I stopped in here for lunch on a whim. I ordered the Savvy Big Signature Box (Box 8) with Sweet Potato Fries and an extra side of Savvy Sauce. I added a Black Cherry pop. She ordered the Savvy Switch Up (Box 7) with a Famous Fried Chicken and Big Signature sliders. I don't have any pictures outside of wall decor to share because the food was DEVOURED! We were hungry. This place popped up seemingly out of nowhere, so of course we had to check it out! What's weird/ different/ confusing is that Savvy Sliders shares a business front with Happy's Pizza. A quick Google search is calling the two "co-brands", so I'm not sure if this is a Taco Bell/ Pizza Hut situation, or they are owned by the same entity. Either way, it's easy to miss. Savvy Sliders is calling themselves, "the first gourmet slider company". I am doubtful of that claim for a multitude of reasons, the main one being that I would not consider a greasy cardboard boxed lunch to be gourmet. We ordered online for pickup- it was a quick and easy process. It's incredibly straightforward, and the even let you customize your order- you can add or remove veggies and condiments to your liking. They really do have a nice selection of available options. One thing that seemed a little strange to me was that the wait was 1 hour for 4 sliders and some fries. I've never worked in a restaurant, so I have only some idea of how the timing of all these things work. We ordered on an off hour. We missed lunch, and were looking for something small to get us by until dinner. When we arrived there was no one else inside. It was so quiet we were wondering if maybe they were closed. Service was friendly, good people, very polite. We picked up our burger boxes and drinks to go. The sliders were hot, definitely made fresh, and they were tasty. I would love to try some of the other options, I just need to know that they won't be so greasy. That was a little bit of a turn off, and definitely goes against the whole "gourmet" thing. I chose to "upgrade" my fries from the regular fries to sweet potato fries. These were so disappointing- they were cold and limp like cooked spaghetti the next morning. I despise soggy fries. All in all, the burgers were tasty. It was expensive for what it was, and not exactly time-efficient unless we plan ahead. Located in a strip mall off of busy 12 Mile and Southfield. Co-located with Happy's pizza. Okayishly clean. The staff were okay. I paid with apple pay and the cashier insisted shrilly that I sign a receipt. And I noticed there is a tip line. The burgers were good, maybe 20% better than White Castle. I was looking for someplace new for lunch. I am kind of bored with the same old lunch routine. I stumbled across this place saw that this location was brand new. I went to their website and looked at the menu, and I knew right away where I was going. I pulled up, looking for it. I was a little confused about where it was at and then realized it was also a Happy's pizza as well. I saw the sign on the wall that said Savvy Sliders. I somehow missed the big savvy sign above the happy's sign. I wanted to try a few things, but so many options to choose from. I ordered three sliders and a lemonade. The first one was a spicy grilled chicken slider. It was nice and juicy and had a nice kick to it. The second one I got was a crispy chicken slider. It was piping hot and had a nice flavor to it. The third slider was a burger again, good flavor, nice and juicy. I hope the name on the receipt is the guy who rang me up. When I walked, I got a very welcoming vibe, and he was delightful to deal with. He told me they had been open a little over a week. I have to tell everyone I interacted with, from the young lady who brought out my food. Everyone was nice. As I was eating, I texted a co-worker back at the office and told them how good it was. I ended up bringing about carryout for 3 of my coworkers. I have to say I had a great first impression. I cannot wait to go back and try other sliders. read more

They mailed me a coupon to make up for a terrible experience at the location in Westland so we ended up going to the location on telegraph Road near 5 mile. The actual price was way higher than what was listed on the menu and they told me that they haven't changed the menu yet but they have change the price. Thank God I didn't have to pay for this entire meal out-of-pocket because it came to over $14 for eight chicken wings, fries, and a Coke. The kicker here is the size of the chicken wings. Lol! They had to have been baby chickens. I've never seen anything like it! Unfortunately I'm witnessing a really good concept degrade in value and quality in a short time span. Ok, I was all ready to talk some smack. Well got it handed to me. I liked it a lot. The fish and chicken sliders are the best. Very tasty and stayed crispy. The buns are firm and soft. The pickles are high quality, large and fresh. The burger was a little tough but real meat . I am not a fan of crinkle fries so I opted for the sweet potato with Cajun seasoning. They did not disappoint, yessss honey yesss ‍. If I could change anything it would be for the person the prepares the order to read the customization. My order was minus mayo and cheese. Went here for the first time, they are known for sliders, so of course I had to test them out. I got the original 2 slider box, it comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato and ketchup. The bun was some sort of brioche, it wasn't anything special. I am actually very disappointed with the taste, the burger meat was not flavorful at all, it tasted just like someone cooked a chunk of unseasoned ground beef. We dined in, and the wait was about 10 mins to get our food, the sliders were not even hot, I'm confused how that happened, I ordered with no tomatoes and got tomatoes so maybe they had these sliders sitting around from a previous order? I don't know. But in better news, the chicken fingers are really good here, the fries are not bad either, the chicken and the fries both came out hot. SAVVY SLIDERS TO THE RESCUE I had a caterer flake on me at the last minute before a graduation party. I called Savvy Sliders and spoke with a man I'm assuming is the manager/owner. His customer service was outstanding. The team prepared 112 variety sliders, and a pan of salad and had it ready in less than an hour and a half. He even helped me carry it to my car. I was grateful to simply have the food to serve, but the sliders were such huge hit at the event! Everyone was raving about how delicious they were. Very tasty. 2 sliders and a side for $12 seemed a bit steep, but I was more than satisfied. Taste, quality and quantity were all excellent I can't wait to try more of their "flavors". We picked up our order and when we got in the truck we opened it and saw there were two chicken sliders and two hamburger ones. So we took it back in and told the guy. He was very apologetic and said it was his fault because he rang it up wrong. He said we could keep the mess up and he would re make the order for us. He corrected the order promptly. My first time at this location. Mostly visit Troy and Lincoln Park. This one was on my route home so thought I'd give it a try. Was in a hurry so I called the order in. Got there and waited a few more minutes as they completed the order. When my order came up I checked (I ordered two different combos) to separate mine from the other. The person working the counter (I think his name was Jeff, due to what was on the receipt) seemed customer focused and was trying to make sure everything was correct for myself and the other person in the lobby with me. I went back in and added a second order of fries after I left the building. Jeff told me "I will have that right out too you". I got my my order within minutes (I didn't even tell him I was in a rush). This location has lemonade. The combos come with drinks that I always struggle to decide from. I'm not really a soda or lemonade fan. My first time trying it and it was good. Not sweet or syrupy. I have a meal plan that allows for one meal a week to be consisted of whatever I'd like to have. Savvy Sliders will be that one meal! This morning as I was planning my cheat meal for the week and remembered that this location doubles with Happy's Pizza.
