I had been a customer since December and initially had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my last few interactions changed my opinion completely. In April, I had an eyebrow waxing appointment that resulted in burns around both of my eyebrows. The burns were painful and lasted for almost two weeks before healing. It was uncomfortable, upsetting, and not what I expected from a professional waxing service. I also began having issues with their appointment system. When I first started coming here, I could book appointments weeks in advance and would always receive confirmation and reminder notifications. Those notifications suddenly stopped. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, confirmed that my contact information had not changed, and was assured the manager would be notified and the issue would be fixed. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I never received a confirmation or reminder for my next appointment and later discovered I had been charged a no-show fee. While I understand businesses need cancellation policies, it felt unfair when I had already reported the notification issue and was told it would be addressed. I then tried contacting the business for several days and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I couldn't find an email address to reach management either. Even after all of this, I tried to give the business one last chance. Today, I attempted to schedule another appointment, but every appointment I booked was ultimately canceled. At that point, I felt it was clear that continuing to pursue services here was no longer worth the frustration. What is most disappointing is that I actually liked this business and wanted to continue being a customer. However, between the painful burns, the ongoing appointment notification issues, the no-show charge, the inability to reach anyone for assistance, and the repeated appointment cancellations, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.
