    I stopped in to do a test drive on a new vehicle. I entered the showroom where a nice gentleman greeted me and asked if I had been helped. I told him what I wanted to see and he walked me out to the cars to take a look to see if there was a color I liked best from what was available. After I talked about the different options, he left me for a few minutes while he got the car keys and checked my license to make sure it was valid. He gave me back my license so I felt no pressure in his sales tactics. I did my test drive and got a business card to come back in the event that I was interested in purchasing a new car in the near future. The experience was good and there was no feeling of being pressures to buy that day.

    Been to this Ford dealership only a few times when I was hunting for a 2024 Ford Bronco. They had only a few of the bigger models on the lot but they assigned a new car rep for me to browse the lot. The rep was helpful but not many options out there on the lot and loaded for around $70k. Today, I drove my friend to the service center to purchase a new battery for his vehicle. He called them and had the battery in stock for $189.00. It includes a 3 year warranty, which is more than Pep Boys and Advanced Auto Parts. Within ten minutes he had the battery in hand and we drove out of the lot. Very simple process.

The…read morefirst time, they tried to force me to buy a vehicle without even letting me see it, and on top of that, they were rude. I walked out. This time, I called to see if we could make a deal on a truck. As usual, they added over $7,000 in hidden fees and demanded 20%-30% down, saying "that's what everyone does." That's not a deal -- that's pressure. I told them I wasn't interested. I found another truck I liked: a 2024 with 20,000 miles listed at $55,000. I clearly told them I would buy it the same day if they sold it for $50,000, with $20,000 down and financing the remaining $30,000, no hidden fees. That's a serious, clean offer. Their response? "We'll call you back." They never did. Honestly, I'm glad. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This dealership clearly doesn't know how to do business -- they only know how to ask for money. They don't understand that you have to sell cars to make money, and not everyone is desperate to buy a new vehicle. There are plenty of other dealerships that actually know how to work with customers.

The staff here is friendly but at the same time will make you have to jump through hoops if you want a "good deal" on leasing or buying a car from them. The place is nice and the layout is easy to navigate. They have a nice amount of seating if you are staying here while waiting for your car to be done with whatever maintenance they are doing to it. I like that they have a little café area to buy coffee and little snacks, as well as a free coffee machine and vending machines. It's a decent Rick Case but one I hope I don't need to go to again because I will be buying my car out at the end of it's lease.

He took his time to explain things, even if it meant repeating himself. He wanted to make sure that she was making a conscious decision and he wanted to make sure that she had the knowledge. He did not pressure her at all. And that's what we appreciate in a car salesman, not trying to make the sale just to make the sale. Six hours later, the deal was sealed, and she left with the car that she fell in love with. It was much cheaper than the Lexus by hundreds. Everyone was super sweet and very helpful..     Review Update* This…read moreis still my go-to spot to get an oil change and their rewards card that you can put on your keychain is what kept me coming. After you get your oil changed three times (I think), the next one is free and I finally got my free oil change! I knocked off a star since my last review only because it's been so hard to get an appointment here. When I need my oil change or car serviced, I'll usually have to plan in advance because their appointments are usually a few weeks already booked. They also have been taking way longer than normal. My last oil change was supposed to be an hour and a half maximum but ended up being close to four hours because he forgot to notify me it was ready. Other than that, my car rep is always nice. I usually see Corey Guy and he's my fav person to go to there. Always super helpful! If you plan to wait, they have tables, chairs, couches, tv, complimentary water, and popcorn. Plus, free wifi. They also have a car service that can take you to nearby areas and pick you up after you're done. I used this to go to an appointment I had while my car was being serviced a few appointments ago. Overall, still a good spot for car service and oil changes.

I sent a message to them through Autotrader and got a response soon afterwards, a voice mail and a text. I let them know I was interested but live about an hour away and can't make it for 3-4 more days. I asked what needed to be done to hold it until I could come check it out and test drive it. M She gets back to me calling me a different name, talking about a different truck. Understandable, a mix up. Again, I asked what I needed to do to hold the truck. She starts asking me how much money I want to put down, do I want to do financing through them, etc. No, I want to HOLD the truck. What is necessary? She tells me I "probably have to fill out an application and a deposit". I say ok. She then tells me that holding a car for 3-4 days is long there. Never heard that before from a dealership, but whatever. A few hours go by and I ask for a status. I haven't received an application and I again reiterate that I am willing to apply for financing for the vehicle. She tells me the manager has been at auction and will be in soon. A couple hours later she texts to say that they no longer put holds on vehicles. Then she calls me. I again reiterate that I will apply for purchase of the vehicle but I will not buy it if I haven't even seen it. She starts saying "you never mentioned taking delivery of it- when can we schedule that?" GGRRRRRRRRRRR. Last time- I will apply to purchase it. I will put a down payment on it. I will not be able to see it until this weekend. I will not guarantee I will buy it until I have seen it and driven it. She again says they can deliver it. NEVERMIND. I hung up on her. 22 texts, several phone calls, all day long. Just for me to possibly give them money.
