Sturm was going to have a tech come out and tell us how much a complete repair would be (I ass u med) we paid for that and we also asked the tech to have sales contact us for bids to replace HP with another heat pump or A/C unit. After over a month of no contact, I finally got the poor receptionist to explain that it would be over 800 dollars MORE before they could tell us how much it would be to fix it. And, she politely said she would ask sales to contact us to follow up on repair or replace. OVER A MONTH OF NOTHING and now over 800 to do something we paid for in May. They threw away a long relationship with us and we are telling our friends, colleagues and neighbors.

Let the AC serve me until it was dust and he informed me, the furnace was only 9 years old and certainly in no need to be replaced. I canceled them doing the electrical but needed someone now. Ok was recommended by someone and I was extremely pleased. They called when they said they would and got me in to get back to being able to use my kitchen. The guys who came out were polite and friendly. I was told the water tank needs to be replaced and that additional modifications are required--information I had already provided when I first called. When I asked for details, the receptionist was rude and said they only give "general terms" and that it's not their job to explain what specifically needs to be replaced. Very disappointing experience.
