Throughout high school and college, Pete took care of my hair with carefully applied highlights and amazing cuts. He also created beautiful updos for school dances, proms and my sister's wedding. Fast forward to pandemic times. I escaped New York City for some time at my parents' house. I had not had a haircut in 7 months, and my hair needed a healthy chop. I felt incredibly safe at the salon. Hand sanitizer at every station, and everyone was masked. In 30 minutes, I had a beautiful and stylish new cut to last me for the summer.
