When you enter the restaurant/cafe, you're greeted with a long counter/case that displays the pastry/coffee bar offerings to the left. To the right side, the case showcases all the entrees available for the day. You order at the counter, then you'll get a table number and the food is delivered table side and they bus your tables. We've tried a few different pasta dishes and sandwiches on our trips to Sorelle, all have been very tasty and a good size portion. We typically order coffees and pastries to go after each meal. The take away pastries and desserts and the perfect way to finish the meal. They also have gelato that can be ordered to eat in or take out. We're due for our next visit to Sorelle!

It seems like they hired more people and the same change staff often. Cashier is always taking forever to take orders. They are always confused with what's going on especially for takeout orders. This place is so special for us and we really hope they can recognize the problem and frustration they have caused.

I ordered the chicken parmesan for the first time, and the dish was almost entirely pasta with barely any chicken. I've ordered other chicken dishes there before (like the chicken vesuvio) and they've always had a much more reasonable portion. When I asked to speak with the manager, things got worse. He was rude, dismissive, and actually laughed at me. He told me the chicken parm only comes with 5oz of chicken and 10oz of pasta, and that other dishes have double the meat -- something I was never told. He didn't offer any solution, didn't offer a different dish, didn't offer more chicken. Instead he said, "Well, you ordered it, you have to pay for it." When I asked for his name or his manager's info, he refused and said he was the owner and could do whatever he wanted. He waved his hand at me in a "go away" gesture. I've been a customer for years, but after this interaction, I won't be going back. Just wanted neighbors to be aware of the kind of treatment you may encounter at this location.

We started with an Old Fashioned and a coke along with Tomato Bruchetta. Then we ordered our entrees which were The Grand Chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Francese. Our food was delicious. The Chicken Parmesan and rigatoni were the perfect combo as was the light crusted Chicken Francese with the potatoes and asparagus. The portion sizes are large as we had leftovers to go. We did enjoy the apparetizer and double that delicious bread. Our server Daniel was knowledgeable about the menu and actually suggested the Chicken Francese. Great option! He was attentive and fast. Our date night was nice.

The servers got our drink orders, and I got a Blueberry Mint N/A cocktail that was on the sweeter side. Most people got the same exact drink which most people enjoyed! With the set menu, we each enjoyed an appetizer, main course, and gelato for dessert: SOUP OF THE DAY Between soup and salad, I almost always go with soup. The soup of the day was broccoli cheddar. It came out piping hot, which I really enjoyed. The soup was creamy and salty, with a good blend of both broccoli and cheddar flavors. LIGUINI & CLAMS (WHITE SAUCE) Clams were not washed thoroughly, so there was some grittiness in some of them. There was an abundant of linguini pasta, topped with minced clams, parsley, and other aromatics. The white wine sauce was really loose and didn't stick onto the linguini well. While the aromatics helped, it was still a bit bland. I think having a spoon to scoop up the sauce to enjoy the linguini would have been nice, but the sauce itself was on the lighter side in terms of flavor. This was just okay. GELATO Light and refreshing vanilla gelato, this was a good way to end the meal. However, I don't really remember too much about it so it probably wasn't exceptional nor terrible. Overall, service was really slow. We got seated around 5:15, but our first course didn't come out until an hour later, and our main came out 45 minutes after that. Besides the pacing issue, food was pretty average, so 3/5 it is.

We've had Aldo 2 times and he is delightful, the first time we came for my aunt's birthday and it was a blast, he was funny and attentive at the same time with great recommendations his favorite appetizers "the tutto pesci" and "the burrata salad" were just delicious. This time my boyfriend and I decided to come back for our anniversary and did not disappoint again, when he heard it was our anniversary he offered us a complimentary glass of prosecco to celebrate. For dinner I had the Mahi special and my boyfriend had the Skirt steak, they were both fire we could not stop eating. It was made perfect. If you're eating as an appetizer, order it as soon as you sit down. It takes 20 minutes to make (from scratch!). So worth it. I started with a Manhattan which is always done well. For dinner our table had Chicken Piccata, White Fish Vesuvio, and the Cioppino. Everything was done really well.
