I am so disappointed in this dealership. They did everything they could to "help me" leave with a…read morevehicle. I paid $5,500.00 as a down payment, kept my monthly payments and still had issues with the vehicle having to replace the catalytic converters, repeatedly purchase new tires due to a bad alignment that couldn't be fixed without further work being done to the front end of the vehicle. Fast forward, less than a year later and more than $3,000 out of my pocket in maintenance and repairs, the engine blew. I asked the dealership if they could either help with the repairs, trade out the vehicle, or zero out the remaining balance of just over $3,000. They told me no because "they didn't have any vehicles coming in at that time". I took my records in showing how much money I put into the vehicle and like an idiot, left them on the desk. When I called to ask for them, they didn't know where the documents were so I was unable to send copies to the lender. I now have a repossession on my record and am without a vehicle. This place was so scandalous and I'm just hurt that they would do that to somebody. Just be careful when purchasing a vehicle from them.

I had a mobile mechanic come to inspect the car and the dealer said the car had been sold. In other words, they did not want the mobile mechanic to do a inspection. As I was leaving a friend came and asked about another car advertised and was told that car was scratched over the weekend and was being repaired but they had another one. The very same car I was told 10 minutes earlier that it was sold. Oh, we recorded the conversation. This dealership will be reported. I might add they also added a $2000 charge on top of tax and license for some bogus auto theft protection. At first they said it was a device on the car. I said I don't want it and remove it. Then the sales person brought up an app to show me how they can track cars. So I looking at multiple red dots. I said I especially don't want you people tracking my granddaughter. Then I was told it was a type of insurance that if the car was stolen and not recovered they would pay up to $5000. We Googled the insurance and found it sell for $300-600. My friend was told the same and he called them on it and was finally told that is the commission for the sale. This company will be turned over for investigation.
