    We bought a 2025 Tahoe from Shafter Chevy and two weeks in the engine cover leaked and transmission fluid line broke. So we got our car towed to 3 way since it's closer and the people who helped us were very kind. They couldn't get us a rental on the first day which I understand. The next day I got a call from the man helping us and he had got us a rental. He even got us a Tahoe which was very kind. Now here is the questionable part. We inspected the rental before we drove it off the lot and noticed it had one tire on the back passenger side that was all terrain tread. The other three were all weather tire. I have never in my 44 years of life seen this on a rental but the lady assured us it was noted and ok to drive. A week into having the rental the oil change and air filter light came on so I brought it in to get the maintenance done. Once it was finished and when I got home I noticed the All Terrain tire was rotated to the front passenger side... instead of just correcting the tire issue while it was getting the maintenance done they just moved it. I don't get it. If I ever get my new Tahoe back it will be the only Chevy I ever buy. I'm not satisfied at all. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I really liked the customer service, the people are nice. The product is garbage.

    This was our first oil change on a new car. We were immediately greeted and dropped our car off for the first oil change which was compliments of the dealership. Our car was ready before the expected time. Everything was clean and done properly and we were treated nicely. We would return.

    2024 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2

    If you are shopping for a new Chevrolet, go outside of Bakersfield. One of the worst dealer experiences from searching, to financing to service. Was wanting to purchase a new Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, they didn't have the one in stock I was looking for, so was a hassle trying to locate another one at another dealership (should have taken that as a sign and just drove to that dealership and bought it there) after 3 days they still couldn't figure out how to get it transferred, after 4 days they all of sudden got one in that supposedly had all the same options, it ended up not. I ultimately opted to purchase the truck, spent 3 more hours at the dealership after spending several hours originally on Saturday and then a large amount of time over the next 6 days. When I got to finance the misery and BS continued, they CHANGED the interest rate we had been discussing and had been listed on all the paperwork I had been given, they gave multiple excuses for it but ultimately BS especially with an 835 credit score. Didn't leave with the vehicle that night because it had some issues that needed to be fixed (clips that hold the trim to the body), so the truck had to be transferred to service, our salesman said service would then handle it. Next day I received a text from the service department saying "This is Juanita, I am your service advisor, text me with any questions." I text that morning and asked when my truck would ready, with no response, text 2 more times throughout the day, still with no response. Called the next morning and left a message, still no response, my wife called and left a message with no response. Finally called again in the afternoon and asked to speak to a manager, instead Juanita finally answered. She said the vehicle was ready, I asked her if it was washed and ready to go and she said that is not the service centers job, that is the sales department's responsibility and she would reach out to them. Finally at 5 pm they notified my wife it was ready to pick up, when she got there it still had not been cleaned or filled with gas, so again we waited. Got home the truck home and the next day we realized they never gave us the paperwork or manual for the truck, SO have to go back again to the dealership. I bought a new 2024 Jaguar F-Pace and 2024 Toyota 4Runner and NEVER had such incompetent and BS as this dealership. If you are looking for a Chevrolet or Cadillac, go out of town, others be prepared for the BS and a horrible buying experience.

    On 7/16/24 at around 1pm Three Way began a simple change using a "faulty gasket" on the new oil filter. While driving home on Hwy 58 I had to pull over because white smoke was coming from the engine and tail pipe. A tiny drop of oil registered on the dip stick. (See attached) I called 3 way service who told me to get the vehicle towed back to 3way. I had to ARGUE with the service manager to get 3way to tow the vehicle. I got my car back on 7/19.

    Did everything online/over the phone. We live in Sylmar and were looking for this specific vehicle/color/features, etc, so we ordered it, and it was delivered. Tony is a true asset to this dealer. Received calls/updates, and delivery was amazing. He knew the inside and out of it even for it just being there for a day. Thanks, man!!

We were told multiple times the car would be ready "in an hour," but after waiting for hours, we left and were promised delivery--which didn't happen. The next day, the car still wasn't properly prepped: it wasn't washed or detailed, and the ResistAll we paid for hadn't been applied. Disappointing experience overall compared to our past visits. That said, I do want to recognize the positives. Daniel in finance worked hard to get us to a number we were comfortable with, and Gary caught details that saved us nearly $700 in registration fees. A special thank you to Cooper, who took initiative to resolve our issues and concerns and truly turned the experience around--he treated us like family, made sure the car was fully detailed with the ResistAll applied, and personally delivered the car to our home. The vehicle I bought is defective and has many problems. It's a nightmare! And the worst part is that they make promises they never keep. There's absolutely no transparency! I've spent over $1300 out of my own pocket and haven't been able to fix it. The vehicle has transmission problems, the disc brakes don't work, the TRD is damaged, and it's illegal to sell a vehicle like this. The transmission fluid is contaminated, the brake fluid is contaminated (this was the only thing the dealer changed). Everything else is useless. And I'm losing thousands of dollars. I hope you're not the next victim. I call and leave messages, but they don't answer my calls. I've been to the dealer more than 6 times and the only thing they corrected was the brake fluid change. Today, March 25, 2026, I was informed that they would refund my money, but that they would not reimburse me for any of the funds I had spent on repairs and maintenance for the vehicle. I have purchased no fewer than 14 vehicles--both new and used--from this dealership. There is absolutely no transparency left, and not only that, but they also informed me that they would no longer sell me any vehicles--despite knowing full well that the vehicle I purchased suffers from numerous serious defects. This dealership should be investigated for endangering human lives by selling vehicles with such serious flaws--defects that could potentially lead to a fatal accident. Bill Wright Toyota should change its policy regarding used vehicles--specifically, it needs to thoroughly inspect its used cars before selling them to the public. Sammy Jarrar, a manager at Bill Wright Toyota, should be disciplined for treating customers inhumanely and for failing to be more transparent.

They did not call me to let me know when the parts had arrived for either order. Both orders were paid in full upon ordering. That is just poor customer service! Then my 2019 beetle popped a code. I thought I would give them another chance. My mistake. The woman that I spoke to told me how much the diagnostic test would cost, even though I shared the codes, and that it might or might not be applied to the cost of the repair if I had the work done there. Ridiculous! She further explained that each dealership is a franchise owned independently as if that would explain the poor business practices. I called a different dealership and was told this was a well known problem and would be covered under the 120K warranty and the diagnostic would be applied to any work I had done there. That's the difference! I cannot recommend this dealership and most especially the parts or service department. Go elsewhere for your VW needs.
