Went here for the first time a month ago and was satisfied with the service so much that I scheduled another appt. Unfortunately I was coming from another state and was flying out so I had to reschedule, which seemed to not be a problem until I showed up and Dajit was working on someone else. It wasn't a big deal and I told her no worries and told her I would wait in car. She said she said she would call me, but I wasn't leaving so that wasn't necessary. As I waited about 20 min someone else walked in. Dajit came out and put that person in the chair and proceeded to start on her which I thought was extremely rude being that I was already patient enough to wait for her to finish up another appt. I left, but called to express my disappointment and she was very nonchalant and acted as if she could careless. She told me I rescheduled so that was why this happened, but if she didn't have time- then she shouldn't have scheduled an appt with me. She said she would call me back which she never did. Didn't expect her to anyways. I planned on making her my regular person for waxing, but given the lack of care and customer service I will not be returning. read more

Was there July 3rd as a walk-in and the service and treatment itself was great! I had my eyebrows threaded and the woman who did them was so professional, and her cleanliness between customers was great! I have a hard time going to new people to do my eyebrows or my hair for trust reasons, but I was in desperate need for eyebrow threading. And the Fourth of July weekend made it really hard to get in with my original eyebrow threading salon. My eyebrows afterwards were perfect! Maybe even a little better than my normal salon !
