My tattoo at this point was almost gone but I wanted a couple more sessions on it so I had to find a new place. I received Removery ads on my instagram account so I thought I would try them out. I completed my first session with removery and soon after I had black scarring/oxidization on my tattoo. The scarring/oxidization is so bad that anyone who saw it thought I got a new tattoo. I decided I would wait a few months to see if it would go away as sometimes it takes time for your body to clear. It did not go away. I went in to see the nurse who did the work and she said that its normal for a white section of a tattoo to oxidize and I would need more sessions. So basically she was telling me I would need to pay $350 a session for many more sessions just to get my tattoo to look the way it looked BEFORE she started on it. Clearly what happened was the nurse at removery used the wrong laser on my tattoo and she lasered an area that essentially didn't need it because there was nothing there. Like I said, I had two other places do many session on me and this did not happen at the other places. Now Im stuck with a really bad scar/tattoo that looks worse that I am going to need to pay to do sessions on just to return it back to where I started. I believe this removery nurse's lack of training and or experience caused this. What's worse is I have emailed Removery many times to kindly follow up and see what we can work out on this and no one has responded. (mind you this is to the same email address i have corresponded with them before on). I would not recommend going here for your tattoo removal. This is coming from someone who dislikes writing bad reviews. I feel like I tired everything I could to contact removery before coming here to no avail.

Even though the sessions can be pretty excruciating, Lili and Jessica always do their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible and check in throughout. Please take a look of everything I was being sold. All I wanted was a peel. Lol. What a joke and waste of my time. MOST REPUTABLE SPAS AND CLINICS PROVIDE A WRITTEN QUOTE FOR TRANSPARENCY. A few possible reasons why they may have denied it. They want you to feel pressured to book on the spot. They may change pricing depending on the client, the consultant, or how much they think you'll spend. Not giving a printout makes it easier for them to adjust prices later without proof. If the consultant works on commission, keeping everything verbal lets them control the conversation and steer you into upgrades without accountability. & a written quote creates a paper trail. If they later tried to charge more or swap treatments, you'd have proof. Denying it keeps them in control. Trustworthy businesses want you to have everything clear in writing. Not here. As soon as this lady realized I wasn't booking her whole demeanor changed. Instantly. This place is all about sales and commission, not actual skin care. Owner/Manager: Do not message me about this! There's a convenience store a block away from her that has an ATM if you forget cash! Be sure to get directions for when you arrive. It's a bit tricky to find her place. She says the lash could stay curled for up to 12 weeks depending on what you do to them. Mine only looked good for a month max. The second month, most lashes straightened out, while a few stayed curled. By the end of the second month, all my lashes were straight again. I don't wear much makeup (only eyeliner) on a day-to-day basis. I wear mascara only on special occasions, which was 3 times during the those two months. I never wear fake eyelashes. I'm not sure why mine didn't last as long, but it was nice while it lasted. It's a little expensive for my lashes to look good for only a month. I see why people do it if they curl their eyelashes everyday. It definitely saves a lot of time. It was definitely nice to have, and I might do it again for another special occasion.
