    - Very comfortable and clean interior - Food is delicious, filling, and reasonably priced - Service is fast and accurate Amazing, chill spot for katsu curry and ramen, and other Asian staples. Hard recommend for everyone in the area to either eat in and refresh up or takeout.

This place is definitely one of my favorite poke bowl spots near Rutgers! The fish is always super fresh and I love the portion of toppings that they give you. Great quality food for a good price and the owners are very friendly.

SUPER satisfied with this place! Prices are great, the owner is super sweet and accommodating, and obviously the food is incredible! Our group got the Japanese nachos which were beautiful and delicious as well as the miso ramen, the curry ramen, spicy miso ramen, the signature beef noodle soup, and an order of California rolls. The broths were piping hot (just as I like it) and super flavorful. They have such a huge assortment of items on the menu so I'm very excited to come back many more times to try it all!

So good! Came here with my friend for dinner; I ordered shrimp tempura sushi (which was absolutely delicious), and my friend ordered miso ramen (seen in picture). While the food was amazing, the service was even better. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and were treated so kindly for our entire meal. Very nice and neat place, super lovely overall. Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely be back more often.

The system worked beautifully at first. Their website promised pickup in 20 minutes. I left the The Heldrich Hotel and made the ten minute walk, only to find my order already being bagged. Efficiency like that gives a person hope. Hope, as it turns out, is fragile. Back in the room, I opened the containers immediately. Spicy beef noodles with hand pulled noodles in a beef and pork broth, along with steamed pork soup dumplings that had been spoken of with reverence online. The dumplings were cold. Not warm, not cooling. Cold, like they had been waiting longer than I had. They had fused together into a single tragic mass. When I tried to separate them, the dough tore open and the soup filling spilled out into the container, abandoning its purpose. How this happened during a ten minute walk is a mystery. The more likely answer is that it did not. The noodles were at least hot. The flavor was fine. Not offensive, not memorable, just present. You eat it, and it disappears from your mind almost immediately. This is a place people seem to love, which makes the experience feel like a clerical error in the matrix. Perhaps it was an off night. Perhaps I caught them at the exact wrong moment, but on this particular evening, dinner felt less like a meal and more like a misunderstanding.

This spot was super busy, and while service was on the slower side, our server was super friendly and had plenty of recommendations. We thought the apps here far outdid their noodle dishes! 4.5/5 Fried Dumplings -- these were so good! The dumpling skin was super crisp, filling was juicy and flavorful! 4.5/5 Shengjianbao -- super fluffy with a crisp bottom, filling was great too, could have been more generous. 3/5 Original Crossing Bridge Noodle Soup -- the pork broth here was done better than their chicken broth, and the variety of toppings was nice. 2.5/5 Chicken Rice Noodle Soup -- I order this quite regularly at many other "crossing bridge noodle" spots but unfortunately cannot recommend this here. The broth had this unpalatable flavor and poultry odor. The chicken meat was also very dry.

I highly recommend the hot and spicy Szechuan broth with beef ($16). It is super flavorful and has a mighty kick to it. The beef was also perfectly tender. The noodles picked up a lot of the flavor. I also tried the original broth with fatty beef slices ($14), which was good! the flavor of the pork broth is much more subtle though, so my preference is the Szechuan one.

Hands down the main reason why I keep coming back here a lot. But in all seriousness, we also enjoy their soup dumplings or as they call it, "juicy buns" and shumai with a side of steamed bokchoy. They have such a unique take with dim sums/dumplings that I can honestly appreciate. I also love love love their chili oil that is readilg available on the table. The restaurant ambiance is nice with good seating. The servers here has been consistently kind and accommodating. I look forward to coming back.

The cucumber salad could have been better though, but let's move on; for such an establishment, I was hoping that they had enough utensils and cups to serve. I came here a handful of times, this last time would probably be the last for awhile. We sat down and we were not served with water until we have gotten our meal. We have asked them a few times to refill water as well. Seems like their servers didn't want to serve. On top of that, during hot weather... Please turn up the AC, I was extremely uncomfortable eating hot foods while sitting in 80 degrees temperatures. I hope they update their units. I got the enhanced version and it was two full meals. It was loaded with fried tofu skin, pickled bamboo shoots, pickled string beans, tofu puffs, beef, peanuts, and vegetables. For appetizers, I recommend the tripe in spicy chili oil. Wow, the tripe was light and smooth and not too spicy. I could eat many dishes of this. This shop is a bit unassuming and looks like a hole in the wall. The staff don't really speak English so you will have to just point at the menu to order what you want. Don't expect amazing service, but the food is cheap and delicious and very generous in portion.
