I ordered tonkatsu ramen and it was delicious. The hot creamy pork both just hits it home for me. I'd definitely come back here again next time to try other dishes. Parking here is off side streets or pay for parking at one of the public lots.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The ramen included four slices of chashu (pork belly), but three of those slices were entirely fat with no meat. I understand that pork belly naturally contains fat--that's part of what makes it flavorful--but receiving pieces that were essentially all fat made the dish unpleasant and felt like poor quality control. I called the restaurant to share my concern, but the response was underwhelming. I was simply told the manager would be informed. When I asked if there was anything further that could be done, I received no real resolution--just a basic explanation of what pork belly is. As someone who understands the product, that explanation missed the point. The issue wasn't what chashu is--it was the quality of what was served. Everything else about the meal was fine, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. However, customer service matters just as much as the food. A simple effort to address the issue or offer a solution would have made a big difference. As a former business owner, I've always believed customer satisfaction should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and for that reason, I won't be returning.

Khao Soi serves with rice noodle instead of egg noodle. Curry is good. Shrimp pad thai is on the sour side more than sweet. Not bad. Duck noodle is ok. Doesn't have much of the herbal flavor but is more of the clear noodle soup. Pork noodle is also ok. A bit weird with the lettuce in it. Chicken satay is good. The meat is not too dry and not burnt. All in all - the portions are ginormous!! And would visit again.
