Adam was kind, super relaxed and really took the time to understand the concerns and connect with Isaac before starting. He also took his time and didn't rush the trim which I feel contributed to Isaac's overall well being. After the trim Isaac was relaxed and had zero stress symptoms, physical or mental. So finding a self contained mobile groomer was a real plus. A full service groom for her. She had extra time so we got our second dog got a bath and brush. I do not recommend this place. I tried their self service dog wash. Their tubs are too flimsy for…read morelarge dogs. And their shampoo's are so watered down that it just squirts out like tapwater. If you do go, you need to bring your own shampoo. On top of that, the "shampoo" smelled like something that's used commercially to mop floors. I've never smelled that smell before and a shampoo. God only knows what I was washing my dog with. When I asked the guy why the shampoos were so watery, he said that "they were running low so they added some water so that they would go farther until their next shipment arrived." Despite my better judgment, I also brought my Shih Tzu there for full grooming because she needed a haircut. When I dropped her off for her APPOINTMENT, the person that was going to groom her told me it would take a couple of hours meaning she would be ready by 11am, having a 9a appointment. At 11:15am I called the store to see if my dog was ready. The Store manager answered the phone and informed me that she would be ready around 2 PM because "they had a lot of walk-ins and other dogs that needed to be groomed too". I said well that's why I made an appointment and that the lady that was grooming my dog said that she would only take about two hours and would be ready at 11 AM. This person on the phone continued to argue with me about "you don't know how dog grooming businesses work," among other abrasive comments. I had gone out to run errands during these two hours and was nearby which is why I called. I decided to go ahead and go over there and pick up my dog - in whatever condition she was in. I figured if she was going to be another 3 hours, she was probably still in a cage waiting for her bath. When I arrived, they brought up my dog, who appeared to have already had her bath and haircut, Which made me extra confused - if she was already finished why did they tell me that she wouldn't be ready until 2 PM? When it was time to pay, one of the employees had to go back and ask what the charge would be for the grooming service. He came back flustered and said it would be $90! For a 15 pound Shih Tzu! I asked why it was so high, and he just said that's the price he was told. I asked to see a price sheet and he acted like he didn't know if one existed. Then he pulled out a price sheet that was laminated on a chain right there by the cash register and told me how these were "old prices from years ago" when he first started even though it was on a chain and laminated and right there dangling from the cash register. The price sheet for a Shih Tzu said $65 and up. I would certainly like to know why I was charged $90! Of course, there was no explanation. I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend this place - self-serve or full groom. Save yourself a headache and possibly injury to your pet and go someplace else!

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.
