I made a purchase for p/u 4-10-26 of a single orly nail polish. They pulled an obviously previously…read moreopened and used bottle of polish despite still having at least one in tact unopened bottle of polish in stock on the shelf...and luckily I opened the package that was wrapped so tightly you would have thought FT Knox was inside before leaving the store that I went out of the way for this particular item. I can't get inside the head of the person that wrapped it but it seemed intentional that I was given a used bottle of polish since they made it impossible to check before leaving the store with the unecessary wrapping stunt they pulled. Maybe I didn't spend enough money that day. IDK. What I do know is while I stood in line to make an even exchange another customer confirmed that when you pick up orders they usually show them to you ( I have also had that experience with past p/ u orders) to make sure the order is correct. That didn't happen. Again, since it was a single item it didn't seem to matter how much I spent at multiple Ulta locations over the years. I did not feel like a valued customer. Fast forward to today. I waited for an order to be shipped. 4 items. One of which should have been a bargain eye pallette for $6 instead of typical $50 and up (for a decent everyday smoky eye look). The eye pallete had been intentionally destroyed all over the contents of the otherwise in tact shipping package. I deduced that action because the eye pallet was never secured inside the included soiled bubble wrap and the eye pallet was completely closed and not even cracked to make the mess all over the contents inside the shipping envelope appear to be a logical result of shipping or physical damage to the eye pallette. To add insult to the entire experience when I called customer service they couldn't care less about me getting a personal response from a decision maker but offered to replace the items and $5 on my next purchase AS IF I will spend another dime on them so long as I didn't require them to record a formal complaint or allow me the information needed to do it on my own. I asked to speak to a supervisor on the Ulta customer service line and everytime I asked to speak to a supervisor the call was disconnected. They managed to call me back the first time I was disconnected but not the next few times I was disconnected. I would give a negative 10 star review if that was an option.

While this store isn't as popular as before, if you are looking for an item you may just find it here rather than heading to other locations in the area. I am not sure how long this store will last, but they are still holding on. Here you can find items for everyone in your family. If you have the Retail me Not app, they usually feature at least one coupon for JCPenny. But if you are looking for: clothing for all, shoes for all, undergarments for all, home items come here to browse and possibly buy...but have a coupon handy. However, I cannot recall if I have seen perfume sold here. Recently, the store has been opening up early and handing our coupons: $10 off of $10 - $100 off of $100. It is just a matter of getting the right card...a lottery if you will. However, you only get one per person. So I get enough energy to hobble inside to the store only to find they're "having technical difficulties" and won't be open anytime soon. I tap on the door, hoping to get some insight from the wandering employee inside. She slowly walks towards the door and I explain that I'm only here for an online pickup. She stares blankly and offers nothing. I'm just short of crying from frustration when I find a chair to sit in right outside the store so I can rest my Cam boot, which is already aching from the short walk. The same employee opens the door and tells me they'll be open in 20-30 minutes. They finally open and of course the online order part of the store has no one in it- shocker! So another "perky" employee says "oh, yeah, go to the front register." Great. I get there and it's the same employee that didn't help me initially. I give her my name and all I get is attitude, eye rolling, the whole nine. She barrages me with a series of ridiculous questions, all of which I answer. I'm losing my patience as I look around the store. Same employee then asks me for my ID. Um, ya think you could have done that to begin with? I usually go to one of the anchor stores (usually only one does it) that will open its mall doors. It's generally clean and quiet until the stores open on the weekends.
