Much better now, It's all about using the best/the real authentic cheese, dough and customer service. The pie seems to taste much better. I recall the service could be a bit better due to management always wanting to argue. When they first opened the place the staff/management would become very arrogant and argumentative when you told them what and how you wanted your pie. Big talkers poor customer service to the people that cater the business. He goes off, so be very kind and gentle when ordering your pie. Becomes unhinged if you do a review or request that your pie be hot????? Consumers have a right to comment on your product and or service. At this point you don't go back due to any type of confrontation. read more

1) no online order option. Most sites provide you the ability to see how the order is progressing 2) was told 1 hour when we ordered on a Friday night, and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. When we arrived, we were not warned it would be another 40 minutes until the food was ready so that we had the opportunity to cancel. Invest in the technology that allows you to shut off orders when you are that behind and notifies customers when their orders are ready, OR tell people on the phone that you are not taking orders. read more

Who doesn't love free pizza?!? A wonderful coworker brought us Schianos pizza and man-was it delicious! By far one of the best pizza's I have ever eaten. I had to find out where she got this gem of a pizza so I could go enjoy myself. What an amazing discovery-I had a slice of the chicken Alfredo and the tomato/basil pizza. The chicken Alfredo was top notch, yummy to my tummy. I don't even like heavy Alfredo sauce! Hate it in fact because it's either too heavy with oil, too rich or too thick. This was perfect recipe cooked with perfection. Just the right amount of savory, garlic, herbs, and cheese, then topped with chicken breast that wasn't dry. Perfect, Schiano-you should bottle that sauce up and sell it. I usually can't eat an entire slice of pizza but, I found myself kicking back 2 whole slices including the bone crusts!! What are you doing to me schiano? I'm addicted and cannot wait to go back on my own to enjoy for the week!! Second slice I had was their version of a Marguerite. Tomato, basil, pesto, garlic all harmonious Involved doing a dance on a delicious pizza crust with a pesto base sauce. I didn't try the pepperoni or cheese that she brought in but, I'm sure they were delicious as well. I luv my coworker for introducing me to this place!! I'd like to consider us Friday regulars and if we don't have them deliver, we go in! Our kids love the jumbo pizza and I love their sausage roll, and they also have pretty delish lasagna with garlic bread. Stopped in hoping for a slice of pizza. I'm used to seeing slices displayed so without seeing a display counter, I opted for an 8 inch chicken parm sub. Needless to say, I wasted 9 dollars. Yes, the bread was crunchy, but only sauced on one side and seriously lacking in cheese, barely a slice glued to the bread. The part that really irritated me is that I got, what I can only assume, is a fried frozen chicken patty cut into strips. Looks just like the ones kids eat. Also, I have never ever been served a hot sub in styrofoam instead of wrapped in foil! And with chips no less....??? And the price. 9 dollars??? I am used to the place near my house where the sub is twice as big, house breaded chicken, lots of cheese, WITH a salad at lunch for 7 bucks. Tried this place for the first time this weekend. It's kinda hidden among the 7400 other shops in that area so you have to look for it. :) Overall, good experience. It's a nice break from the bigger pizza chains. Fresh ingredients and great homemade crust. See my two pics for a reference. The only reason I gave it a 4 was price. Its PRICEY. Second time to order and been very pleased both times. First time I had the Pesto Pasta and it was delicious, so figured I would try the pizza this time and it did not disappoint. Schiano's would be getting 5 stars from me if they'd gotten our order right. We ordered the Lasagna and Manzo Pizzas with one caveat...no onions on the Manzo. Low and behold it came absolutely covered in onions so embedded in the cheese and under the steak that it was impossible to pick them all off. Unfortunately onions are like the one food that I just cant stand and I get that mistakes are made, but please read/listen to people's orders because it really sucks to spend $50 on pizza and not even be able to really enjoy it. On the upside, the Lasagna pizza was scrumptious, the sauce and crust was perfect, and the ricotta with delicious. What we were able to eat of the Manzo was also great and I could imagine how good it would be without the onions. We will definitely order from here again and hopefully there will be no onions. read more

Of course we decided to try out Schiano's Pizza 2 weeks before we move from DFW! I'm so sad I didn't decide to try it earlier because it is soooo good!! We had it twice in the last 2 we lived in the area & everything was fantastic! We got the 20" Round Pizza with pepperoni twice, got the pepperoni Stromboli twice (basically a calzone) & we got the wings once but I wish we got them both times!! The people who were working both times in the front & back were so nice & the order was right on time for pick up both times! I highhhhhhhly recommend giving them a try for your next pizza night! I live near this place and try it every few years because it gets way better reviews than what I would expect. I don't get it. Dough is a flavorless semi-cracker crust. Toppings are a little better than the dough but still not good. Person who took the order didn't understand what a pepper and onion pizza was. When we got it home, it had red onion on it! I will never eat here, or oder from this place again. On June 7, I placed an order for delivery. For person reasons, I had to cancel my order. A staff member told me I couldn't, so we started to argue. In the end the staff member said to me," We will never deliver to your home again your fucking asshole" (excuse my language). I worked at a pizzeria as a teen, and cancelled orders comes with the territory. It happens once in a while. Management has my info and never received an apology.
