It is located on Del Paso Blvd and is pretty close to where I live. We visited yesterday and I was so excited to see that they had a collection of sale Uranium pieces - they even had yellow and this blue green color that I had never seen before. I ended up buying 3 pieces for under $100 which is a pretty good deal! My new pieces look so good in my little collection! My family and I walked around a bit and didn't find anything else that peaked our interest, but they had a lot of really cool things. I loved seeing their display of red glass - maybe I need to collect that next. I loved seeing their vintage toys and they had lots of plates, tea cups and even copper pots and pans. They also have a huge outdoor area with plants and outdoor décor - it was very nice and relaxing! Overall, I really enjoyed Schiff's Estate Sale Building - the lady working was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful! I wish I had got her name! We will definitely be back to check out more Uranium pieces soon! Check them out!

She always talks to you like you're an idiot and if you have a question- don't. She'll go on rambles about how people abuse the store cats while we're petting them and say stuff like "don't abuse my cat" which is valid, but lady i'm petting your cat that walked up to me. This place would be enjoyable if you wear headphones :)

From start to finish, the experience was seamless and exceeded all of our expectations. Courtnee, in particular, was fantastic. Her communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend to anyone in need of estate sale services. They truly went above and beyond!

Attic to Basement took great care of us when my FIL passed away…read more He had lived in his home since 1967 and it held so many things from his lifetime. There were the usual items for daily living as well as the items he enjoyed collecting. He was also an artist, so the tools he used for his craft were also in the home. Cortnee and her team were highly respectful of the fact that we were clearing out the space that our loved one had called home. They were careful and kind with their questions too. Many of the items sold for higher than I would have expected, and then there were some that sold lower. I felt the initial pricing was fair as well as their negotiated prices. I feel that they truly honored our loved one and they balanced our wishes with the desire we had to sell the items we no longer needed. Typically, they have things discounted on the final day of the sale. My assumption is that is to allow as many things to sell as possible for their clients. Since they did the sale for the items from my FIL's home, I've gone to a few of their sales in the area. I enjoy the hunt for great items that still have some life left in them. The staff from Attic To Basement greets me with smiles and remembers me every time. The photos show before they helped us, the set up for the sale, and after it was all cleared out by them. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have a team handle the items within the estate of loved ones (or even items within a home you are selling and no longer need) to price, sell, and clear out the home.

I found it quite comedic that I was spoken to harshly about my mask as I was adjusting it and the woman collecting cash had her mask around her neck. I don't believe in masks however, I'm respectful of my community and abide by basic rules. The worst part however was when my husband ask a question about weapons and what the process is. She was hesitant to answer the question but when she did she made a comment to his gender specifically and said she doesn't like to deal with weapons because she doesn't want to deal with a bunch of men coming in asking her questions. When the time comes that I have find an estate representative to assist me in the transition I definitely will not be hiring Kathy Platt or anyone she's associated with.

Everything in the house was sorted and organized well. House was packed with stuff but almost all of the items were priced . Prices were very reasonable even on the first day of the sale. It was a busy event but they had enough stuff to move line relatively fast. Kathy and her assistants were friendly and helpful, tried to accommodate people with a holding tables in a very small space and it was greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed my experience as a shopper at Kathy's sale, definitely will go back again.

It was gone, but I was there and there were Christmas decos galore. The prices are high as always. No 50% off Sundays "Because we are having two more sales here in January". People were leaving empty handed. I picked up 3 ties from a box outside, they were damp and wrinkled. I was going to cut them up for art. I offered $2 a tie, they wanted $5. I bought some other toys. They went down to $3 a tie, I passed. They will literally let the ties go damp and moldy until January for at total of $3? I passed out of principal. People at the sale were talking. It is a few days before Christmas, and people were leaving gifts (two sheds with toys) and masses of Christmas decorations because they will not negotiate. I hope future clients read this and know why the house is still full on the last day. For everyone else, happy hunting! There are so many great estate sale companies in Sac, I will start leaving more reviews :).

Many items were priced more like an antique store than a liquidation sale, and despite it being the final day, the house, backyard and sheds were still completely full. I was interested in a small Christmas ornament that was marked $85 (so about $42 with the discount). Wow! When I asked if the price was flexible, the employee said she could do $40 and then questioned whether I "knew anything about the brand," which came across as dismissive. I understand businesses need to make money, but estate sales are usually meant to move items especially on the last day! The experience was disappointing. As much as I love going to estate sales, I wont be returning to another estate sale hosted by this company.
