Restaurant had only one person eating in the dining room and no one in the drive through. Walked in and the lady at the register was eating and seemed annoyed we interrupted her . She was not very friendly . We ordered and received our cups for drinks. The drink machine was very dirty! We sat in dining area to wait, dining area was also dirty. I would eat at this store with my Mom and usually enjoyed it. The older lady with glasses was really friendly, knew her job, but doesn't appear to be there anymore. When I tried to use one of the "money-saving" coupons from the app, I felt that I was overcharged since he rang me for 3 combos when I only ordered 2, then deducted $1.69 from the 3rd combo. The "manager" came out and told me that he would refund me another $1.69 on credit card that never came. Bottom line, I was OVERCHARGED. I went today. Employees greeted us and were very nice. The restaurant was very clean. I had the turkey/avocado sandwich and it was awesome. The employee who brought out our order (to go) had the biggest smile on his face and wished us a great night. It's been hard to find places where customers are treated well these days. I love Schlotzsky's hot sandwiches. If you want a COLD one, come to this location. Or a cold pizza. Or a cold flat bread. If you have never had a cold Schlotzsky's meal, let me tell you, it tastes soggy as hell. These boys got cold everything, except for drinks cause they were out of ice!! Bring a good book or magazine with you because you are gonna wait. Waited about 20 min before hollering at someone in the back to come take my order. Another 40 min for food. Restaurant was empty as can but I get it, it's HARD to throw together a cold mushy sandwich...I even watched other customers come in, wait and leave before someone acknowledged them. I should have done the same. You'd imagine the kitchen would be clean with the staff hiding back there all night, but it looked pretty damn gross. I was excited to have a Schlotzsky's closer in the neighborhood. Luckily, I doubt it will be there long! I'm hoping the next tenant will be a good one. read more

This place is SO SLOW!! It's 7:13 and I've been in the drive thru waiting since 6:33....thats 40 minutes!! You could seriously go to HEB Plus, get everything you need to make a sandwich, grab your other groceries, buy school supplies for your kids, grab some dog food for your dog, wait in line, go home, make your sandwich and you'd probably STILL be quicker than this place. Indoor dining was very clean, the staff was professional and friendly and the food was great!

We came for Dine in at this location. As we stood at the counter, a young lady serving the drive thru said she'd be right with us. I gladly said sure, no problem. When she finished, she came to the counter and asked what we'd like to order, Then the phone rang. She answered it and began taking their order instead of asking them to hold one minute. Now we're waiting on her to take another order instead of ours. The problem is that it also puts that phone in order in front of our order in the kitchen which causes further delay. She told me that was their policy. I guess my choice on coming here, and/or choosing dine-in was a bad choice. Never again. read more

I don't think the employees know how to read or interpret online orders. I can understand one mistake but almost the whole order was wrong from the chips to the drinks and we got a sandwich that we didn't even know what it was.
