Stumbled upon this place to play Pool with my boyfriend. We ended up taking a shot each, playing two rounds of Pool and ordered the Meal Deal for $20. It was good. The music was great. They played a variety and had a jukebox you could purchase the next song to play. I wish they had a Photo Booth available to capture the memory in the moment. Otherwise, service was pretty chill. The service is horrible. I ordered my food. There was no one here at the second location in annaville. 30 minutes later I get my food after I have to go over there and get it because the girl is on her personal phone. It's been sitting on the window for 10 minutes. Then whenever I ask her if it was ready, she's like what did you order like if it's so busy that she forgot.All she had to do was turn around and look in the window and it wassitting there. I have ordered takeout from this establishment before and had ordered the Italian sandwich which I enjoyed, today I made the mistake of ordering pickup instead of delivery and because it was my mistake, with an apology on my part, I had asked for the sandwich to be put along with my new order of another sandwich since it was paid for , I ordered another sandwich through delivery. OK so not that impressed. My wife ordered the meatball sub, meatballs were dense and bland. Thank god she had the very late served cheese bread that came with my son's and mine meals. Cheese bread was annotated on the menu as an appetizer. Stop serving the appetizer at the same time as the meal. It just shows that someone doesn't know how to time the food coming out to the servers. They are to be served prior. I tried to return it since our food was here at the same time. Yeah I did try, but my wife said she wanted to try them. Other than that the server told me "oh we don't do it that way here". Well now I know not to order the apps. And my wife is still waiting on her food at this point. A bit later her food finally comes out. Oh by the way what the heck is with restaurants serving canned cokes and for $2 each! Lived down the street for 3 years and finally went it. Called in an Order for a hamburger to go. When I got there to pick it up, they had not started the order. When I was given the order, the waitress asked me if I wanted condiments. My first thought was $12.50 and I have to put it together myself? I got home and opened the box and was very pleasantly surprised. I was even happier when I tasted the burger, which did not need condiments!! Great burger and fries. If I could select less than 1 star I would. We placed an order on DoorDash and it said our pizza would be ready in 20-25 minutes. My husband sat at the bar for over 2 hours before it was ready. He was asking every 20 minutes if the food was ready. And the bartender was rude. Wouldn't even go check. I definitely don't recommend ordering food here unless you want to wait for a very long time. Tried this place for the first time. Ordered cheese twists, salad, pizza and meatball sub. Twists were tasty, but there was hardly any cheese. The salad was good, but a bit overpriced. Son liked his meatball sub and our pizza was tasty, but a little heavy on the sauce. We measure everything against B&Js as our favorite. It wasn't quite there but very close. The one thing I wish their menu had was a bbq chicken pizza. We will likely order here again. read more
