The lettuce was browning a bit. The tomato was not ripe. And the avocado... it was like biting into a firm piece of clay. It wasn't ripe, not even close. It was very off putting. I've been stewing on this for a couple months now but im so fed up with this location. After the Weatherford location closed down this is the only store within 35 minutes and this is the one place my company will let us go to for lunch for all our staff lunches. The bread has been moldy or rock hard on 5 separate occasions. We were getting our sodas and the machine stunk to high heaven, I looked under and it's caked in black mold. Our sprite had black and reddish flecks in it from the machine. Plus there is almost never ice in the machine and they are always out of some sort of soda. They havent even had Dr pepper for three months. There is never toilet paper in the bathrooms. I took my grand daughter here one time for a pizza and we got DEVOURED by fleas on the patio and her pizza was black on the bottom. I've given them chance after chance due to the money we can save on the deals and app but I just can't do it anymore. Even my manager has agreed that saving money on our staff lunches is not worth the blatant health risks and they have now lost 15 potential customers. This was an excellent Schlotzsky's when it opened. Don't recognize any of the former employees and the food and service are dreadful. Prices have skyrocketed and portions, quality, customer care have plummeted. They started a $5 any pizza after 5PM last year. Good value. If ingredients actually placed on pie and then it is actually cooked until done. Last straw was last night. Okay I will give them another chance. Order $5 pizza ( bbq chicken) and a brownie. Stopped ordering their $3 + sodas. Was charged $11.76. Told kid you made a mistake. $5 pizza and $3.79 brownie with tax is $9.54. Little smart mouth starts lying to me. That's only certain pizzas. I did a huge order for catering. Never Again! It was awful and embarrassing serving this food. the bread was stale not toasted - dry the salads barely had and chicken on them the sandwiches barely had anything in them. When they first opened the food was spot on and amazing! I always would order a avocado cobb salad. It would come out looking just like the pics! Then a few months ago I ordered my salad and got back to work and noticed it looked nothing like the pic anymore. If this place is under new management, whoever chooses the management needs to be fired. We come here because it's convenient to where we live but we are done. I don't know if the register is a hard program to learn or all of your workers aren't the brightest but my order is wrong every time. I've never had the same person take my order because you can tell the turnover is consistent and you will never see the same employees. It takes them so long to make the wrong sandwich to then have to wait for the correct one. So first of all. Do not argue with the customer. Ever. Second refer to previous rule. I ordered a sandwich with ONLY TURKEY, HAM AND CHEESE. I made sure to repeat it. The original sandwich was meaty and the bread was soft. The mac and cheese was very good - soft, creamy, cheesy, and flavorful! The French onion soup was very thick compared to other places, but was excellent! The veggie pizza had a pesto sauce and that was spectacular!!! Overall the food was tasty and the service was good - there are a lot of new people being trained, which makes things a little slower, but we didn't mind. Only complaint is that the prices are a bit high for the items. A full macaroni and cheese is $7.99 and salads are $8.99. The Pick 2 is $8.49. Today's sandwich was good as always but I do have a problem with this store knowingly and deliberately overcharging customers. The menu listed my sandwich at $6.99 but I was charged $7.49. I didn't notice until afterward when I looked at my receipt. I took it up to the register, not needing my fifty cents back, but to point out the error. I was told that they knew it and the clerk said that "I've told them about it. It's a glitch in the system." As though that makes it alright. WTH? Unglitch yourself. I think there are some laws about this. Not guidelines or suggestions, laws. If you are aware that customers get overcharged and intentionally do not correct it, then it is a deliberate action. And if it is of no concern to you, that's even worse. read more

I've eaten at really good schlotzskys before, this is not one of them. I couldn't figure out why their ratings were so bad, so I ordered and went in. They only had 5 people working, I could hear someone coughing a thick cough, I went over to see if someone needed help. It was a gal on the food line making sandwiches, she finally stepped away and finished her coughing spell at the prep counter. Shen then picked up the towel she was just coughing on and wiped her gloves off and returned to the food waiting to be completed. OMG! This place should be shut down! Asked for two fairly basic, impossible to mistake sandwiches. We were asked to park due to there being a short wait. This was no problem. However these two sandwiches took 15 minutes and were prepared wrong. They couldn't even wrap it correctly, lettuce was spilling out before I even opened it. The bread was sliced so thin that it was falling apart. On top of that, I don't think I've ever seen so much onion in a sandwich. Especially after asking for none.
