Food is good when it's done right... They post everywhere online to, "Call your store if something is wrong with your order" Seriously? What can they do about fixing it over the phone??? After getting my mobile order wrong 2 times in a row, I did call them. At first I asked politely if they were out of avocado or have stopped selling the chicken avocado pizza, so there'd be an explanation why I only get chicken and peppers on it. Told them this is the second time in a row this has happened. All they said was, "Oh I'm sorry about that... have a nice day!" And hung up. It just happened AGAIN today, but I checked before going home this time and went back through the drive thru to get it fixed. They need to be trained that avocado pizza should have avocado on it! The actual space is relatively small. Hard to get to the counter when people are waiting for their to-go orders. I do like the ample parking and easy in and out of the shopping plaza. The service was great, I was greeted and asked all the questions. The menu has small medium and large option. This refers to the sandwich size, 4, 6, and 8 inch. I went with the medium, seemed reasonable. They also have pizza, flatbread, calzone & a Cinnabon menu. However, I felt it was very pricey for the portion size. Taste was good. read more

Sure it was bumpy when they opened but I eat here enough to have gotten multiple free sandwiches. My deluxe original is always great. The staff running the front are always cleaning and super friendly. The hot sauce bottles are always clean and full which is a detail difference from the Franklin location I have noticed. This was my first time trying it. The customer service was very kind, but we waited a long time to get our food. It was only 2 meals and both were served missing items. Unfortunately, I took it to go and didn't check the bag before leaving. When I tried to call the store to make it right, they couldn't do anything. Definitely would not recommend. Just don't!!! I love Schlotzskys!!! But this is a franchise and this location is not ok!!!! Man running this place (Andy, or Anand) does not care about food safety nor employees!!! I promise you!!! Do NOT GO HERE!!! Once he forced me to make bad Cinnabon that he knew thawed when the freezer broke, which he refused to fix, until 6days later....I baked the bad product to show him, but it was absolutely gross.... And instead of being concerned , he was upset I did not frost and put out to sale (this is the moment I NEVER returned.... I refuse to work for someone that doesn't care about their customers nor product quality, this was serious and could get people sick) however, I was literally the ONLY person ever trained to bake correctly. Ban this place!!! He won't stop. If Cinnabon went bad in a freezer left at 30 degrees 6 days... imagine what other products went bad and he sold anyway!!! Side note: when they opened and the sourdough bread was being made properly, I was so addicted and ate here often, once original bread maker was fired, new one never trained properly, and went I went in I saw the bread.... Went into this location and placed my order and I could see the workers on the line were very fast and took care with my order. Hubby ordered two of the regular sized original sandwhiches and I ordered the small seasonal turkey and apple sandwhich which was very good - all of our sandwhiches were fresh as well as our fountain drinks - we also ordered the churros which were a bit stale and a bit hard to chew. Went here the other day for a pick two. I got the turkey bacon sandwich and potato soup. The food was amazing, fresh and good quality. The service was friendly and fast. I would definitely come back, the only thing is they're kind of expensive. It reminded me of Panera bread pricing. Stopped by for a quick sandwich after a 12 hour commute. I bought a French Dip sandwich to take home. When I arrived home I opened the bag to find my dipping sauce wasn't closed by the cooking staff and it was all over the bag and my clothes. When I opened my sandwich wrapping I found an over cooked stale bun with 2 pieces of meat!! I was so upset I threw it immediately in the trash. I just threw away $10 plus tax and the time spent to purchase. Never again will I ever visit Murfreesboro Schlotzkies, off of veterans parkway Tennessee! First of all I've loved Schlotsky's since the 90's. However, I haven't always been around them to get them. Like I lived in Louisiana and had them and they were awesome. Then I moved to California and they were awesome. Now I live here and, hallelujah y'all built one in Murfreesburo! Ok I don't live in Murfreesburo but it's the closest one to me. So grateful I seen a little catering vehicle with the logo and advertisement all over it or I wouldn't even had known though. Seriously, you gotta do some advertising. Y'all have the best Sour Dough Bread EVER!!! I hated sour dough bread till I ate y'all's. Seriously!!! Anyway, please don't take this wrong. The location of this restaurant is not somewhere to go during rush hour traffic. Omg, we had to literally go around in circles to get into this place. We showed up around 5 pm on a Thursday. It took us 15 minutes to get into the parking lot. The traffic is hellacious and awful. The parking is grandeur and lots of it. There was no wait and wasn't packed at all. Sat inside the restaurant which is very clean and all the staff is very friendly and polite. Bathrooms were very clean. You can tell this is a new build. Freaking awesome to have a great place to get good bread. They have Cinnabon too but my weakness would kill my keto there so I stayed away but omg they look so delicious! Went there and waited 45 mins for dine in order and was advised that our order was "bumped" and there was a mix up with their system to where it looked like the order was completed. Was told that they are making our food and we still waited another 15 mins with no food. In was real excited that Schlotzsky was coming to Murfreesboro. Was extremely disappointed when I went there. They do not carry all their sandwiches. In fact, this is a slim down version of Schlotzsky. Very bad on them for not doing the full version. I drove across town to find out they only have a limited menu. I did order a sandwich along with my wife and they were very disappointing. We ended up throwing them away. We will not be back. It's not a great sign when you've only been open for 24 hours and your drive-thru window is no longer working. I went inside and stood in a line that didn't move at all in the 15 minutes I waited. They appear to be seriously understaffed. A number of people were standing around the counter in a separate line, waiting to talk to someone because their order was wrong. A couple of employees (one appeared to be in a management role) were just standing around chit-chatting with people they obviously knew in the lobby area, instead of helping to take orders or deal with the folks that were trying to get their orders corrected. Me and my kids were excited to try this place, we got here and there was a normal amount of people here we ordered our food and waited 25-30 minutes for our food, a bit long but it was okay. Finally we got our food it was okay but not as good as I remember but it was good, a bit bland. Before we started eating I went back to order a meal for my husband to go. After we finished eating we still waited another 35 minutes and it started to get very busy and many people were waiting for their food along with us. I then went to go check up on my order and asked a worker how much longer and he told me that my order was not even in their system yet and that it was still going to take a while longer. At this point we had already been waiting for 55 minutes for the order and I was not going to stay there another while to wait on the food so I asked him if I could cancel my order and he then told me it was going to take 2-3 business days for my refund.
