I went there on lunch time and got a pizza and they took more then 10 minutes and when I open the box my co worker ate 1 slice as I was about to eat a slice too I saw it had a zip tied on the corner of the pizza and plus the pizza toppings look all over the place

Good place for a fast and delicious food on the go. Great selection of sandwiches Fast service. The place is clean and nice. Love smoked turkey sandwich on wheat bun - so good and kinda healthier option.

    Seating

The staff was pretty rude, the food was okay. 75% off the chairs we're up at around 5pm on a Saturday! It's like they didn't want people staying and sitting or they were just trying to begin the closing process 3 hours early.

This is supposed to be a fresh veggie sandwich. It looked crumbled and broken when I opened it.

Schlotzsky's has been a favorite my whole life. Growing up in Central Texas my grandparents would take us to the original location downtown Austin in the 80's. Sadly this location does NOT live up to the name. After multiple tries and different times of the week it is just gross. Even when empty the service is slow, the food is poorly made and the establishment is extremely dirty. The trash cans are overflowing and food all over the tables and floors.

Overall experience here was very good. Sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Establishment is clean and cashier is patient, friendly and cleans the seating area. I wouldn't mind coming back here if and when the ventilation system is cleaned. Had the vents not looked moldy, I would have given them a 5 star review.

This is a medium original deluxe, which should have double the meat. It looks like it has half the meat of a regular original.

You can never go wrong with a fresh sandwich from here. But they also have a big selection of other things that are all equally as good.

Got a Cinnabon. It was small. It was dry. It was short of icing. Lacking flavor. Definitely not worth it. Very disappointed!

" - Farmhouse This chicken salad is absolutely divine. It has simple elements and no unnecessary additives. The only thing that can be tasted in this chicken salad is a bit of mayo, red onion, lemon juice, and jalapeño. It requires no "extra" seasonings. I am not a big fan of mayo, but for those who are, they will find this salad is light on the mayo. I did add EVOO to the mix to spread the chicken salad across sourdough bread. Outside of this chicken salad, I've purchased various cuts of meat and cheese from this shop. Each item I've purchased here seems to be better than the next. #supportlocal

I could easily replicate the sandwich to save me some money (and a 25 min drive on a good day), but it's the nostalgia and tastiness that keeps me coming back. What it is: The Grilled Chicken Club is a simple, yet refreshing layered sandwich made with slices of wheat bread spread with dijon honey mustard and mayo, then stacked with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and sliced grilled chicken. I can literally recite the exact ingredients from memory. The cookies are delicious, the sweet tea is spot on, and the soups are always solid. A cashier recently recommended me the lasagna soup from my regular chicken tortilla soup, and now I can't stop making my own version at home. If this McAlister's ever closes, I will be devastated!!! Unfortunately, this location does not serve mashed potatoes as a side, which is a bummer!!

I am neither greeted by the cashier on her phone, nor given any sign that orders are kept elsewhere. After almost 10 minutes, I see someone else go to the counter and ask where their order is. When i walk ip to do the same, we are told that they have a problem with theft so they keep everything behind the counter now. A practical solution a suppose. But a sign slob the aforementioned area, or maybe greeting the waiting customer, would be good additions.

I tried the prosciutto and it was decadent. If I were to recreate it at home I'd probably go for a little less quantity of the fig spread or a little less sweetness in it, but it was undeniably delicious. Came with a mountain of potato chips and their usual tasty little pickles. Can't remember what ma tried, probably the chicken salad pesto, but she did finish her generous half sandwich--that's a compliment these days, even when she likes something she won't always manage to eat that much at once. The drinks fridge was very sparse, they didn't have a cold Diet Coke for ma but the cashier did offer and supply a glass of ice for her. I recommend you try one of their agua frescas; they're very tasty and often included with a sandwich plate. Today I enjoyed their pineapple ginger. Ma insisted on getting the tab but I recall the prosciutto was listed at $15 and having seen the amount of charcuterie on my half order, that's certainly fair. The baked goods cabinet had lots of goodies today and right now I wish I'd grabbed their peach danish. There were several scones as well as cowboy cookies, lemon cookies, some kind of muffin as well as others I've forgotten. A few beautiful fat slices of banana bread were wrapped and waiting at the register. The prices here tend to be higher but I've found their ingredients quality *consistently* and appreciably higher than other sandwich shops. Other than no cold sodas, the only other small thing was having to ask for napkins when our plates arrived. Otherwise flawless and friendly service and we were happy to see a little lunch rush come and go as we enjoyed our meal. We'll definitely be back. 23JUN25
