If you want something different than a burger, give this place a try. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I always order the #1 combo. The sandwich is loaded with meat and all kinds of fresh veggies on a toasted sourdough bun. It's so delicious. The combo comes with a bag of chips and a fountain drink. My wife ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich combo and she said it was really tasty. My only suggestion to the restaurant is...get better crisp pickle spears instead of mushy ones. Overall our food was delicious. The employees and staff are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and polite. Everyone was in a great mood and a pleasant to deal with. The staff and manager came over on separate occasions to make sure our meals were good and to check to see if we needed anything. They were very attentive. The restaurant is very clean, from the tables, chairs, counters, fountain drink station and floors. You would always see someone cleaning something and checking on customers. I returned to Schlotskys while in the area. I went through the drive thru, order, drove up to the window and paid, got my meal and headed home. This time around I tried the California Chicken Flatbread, Pepperoni Pizza, and an Original Sandwich. The Flatbread was really good. The crust was crispy, it had flavor, and the avacado was fresh. The Pepperoni Pizza was good. The pepperoni had flavor and the crust was thick, and chewy but not heavy. The Original Sandwich is my favorite sandwich from Schlotskys. All of the combined ingredients are tasty. Overall it's one of my favorite sandwich places. Fairly quick drive thru experience, and good food. read more

Stopped by Schlotzsky's in Sunset Valley for lunch today. It has been a while since I have visited this location and they have redecorated with new tables, chairs, and murals. It's fun and bright. I quickly ordered at the counter. The cashier was friendly. I ordered a Supreme Pizza, extra crispy. When received after a short wait, it was baked to perfection. I noticed on the menu board that they now serve breakfast, subs, and a greek trio, so I look forward to returning soon to try one of the new menu items. read more

I usually go for the original sandwich, but I went for the double original this time via online order for pick up. I selected for the jalapeno bread, but it wasn't used for my order. Let me start by saying this was one of the rudest customer service experiences I've ever had--and I work in retail, so that says a lot. I had just gotten off a late shift, finished putting in my pick order, and was ready to eat. This place isn't usually my first choice, but my boyfriend wanted it, so we ordered. We then drove about 45 minutes to our usual location, only to realize the app had automatically selected the location closest to where I was when I placed the order. I called the Brodie Lane location, explained the situation to an associate, and asked if I could cancel the order. He put me on hold to get the night manager. After waiting, the phone was picked up and I was immediately met with, "WHAT?!" I calmly explained the situation again, but she cut me off and said, "Well, we already f***ing made the food, but sure, we'll refund you," and then hung up on me. I completely understand that situations like this can be frustrating--I deal with similar issues all the time in retail. But it costs nothing to be kind or professional. Even a simple, "I'm sorry, we've already made the food, so I can't refund you," would have been understandable. Instead, I was spoken to disrespectfully and dismissed. Unfortunately, that interaction really put a damper on my night. It's a reminder that customer service truly can make or break someone's day. read more

The costumer service was amazing!! Everyone got along so well together. The workers weren't rude at all, we laughed and had amazing conversations. I went in to order and the employee who took my order was very helpful and pleasant. After ordering, I used the restroom. One stall was in use, but luckily there were two. I finished first and exited the stall to wash my hands. An employee was in the other stall. She came out right after me. Unfortunately, there wasn't much soap in the dispenser, so I mentioned it to her. She exited the bathroom and I thought she was going to get more, but instead she just put on gloves and started making food!!! I immediately asked the manager if I could cancel my order. I just had the BEST sandwich and experience I've had at Schlotzsky's in years. I dined in for the first time in a very long time. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and kind. I ordered the original, which is my favorite and what I almost always get when I come here. Today, I ordered it with extra veggies, and holy crap, it was just absolutely perfect and incredibly delicious. I could taste every carefully selected element that has always made this sandwich special and unique -- all the flavors and textures were singing. It was glorious. I'd been a bit disappointed in my past few visits, so I am delighted that when I want to splurge and eat a fantastic sandwich, Schlotzsky's can still deliver what remains one of my all-time favorite sandwiches. Pretty much the only negative thing I can say about this place is that it doesn't have a drive-through. The staff is very professional and friendly, and the food is always cooked well and exactly to order - there are never any problems or errors with the thing that I order. They also do a really good job of keeping the bathrooms clean. One of the things I enjoy most is that they have one of those fancy soda machines that can make pretty much any soda on earth. This isn't really relevant to the quality of the food, but if you choose to dine in the decor is really interesting to look at. The parking can be problematic because it is in a strip center with several other businesses, but we haven't had too much of a problem finding a space. read more

Um I've been to Schlotzsky's a few times but this would be my first to stop at this location the food is really good but I'm a little confused why they gave me a half pizza smooshed with my salad in the same to-go container. They didn't have any more pizza boxes or a bag for my salad? It was kinda messy to eat my salad since there was oil on the bottom of the container from the pizza. And of course they gave me one napkin by default since it was wrapped with my fork for the salad thanks to the grumpy girl at the window. Good looking out. I think Schlotzky's is great at their sandwiches. I have had some really good ones in previous visits and would almost give this place 4 stars if it hadn't of been for my most recent visit. For some reason I chose to order a personal pizza. I tend to have pizza cravings and this was one of those moments. The pizza was ok. That was it. Nothing special. There was hardly any sauce on it. It was almost like eating cheese bread with pepperoni. So next time I will skip the pizza and stick to the sandwich. I do like their bread here. Next time when I get a sandwich perhaps I will update my review and maybe they will get the fourth star. I think during the summer they have a sandwich that has pineapple on it ...
