Dr. Polsinelli was so thorough and has the nicest personality! Turns out he's married to his partner optometrist, Dr. Miyamoto, who graduated from the same high school I did! Such a small world. His exam and explanations were beyond my expectations. I mean I've been told for years that I had dry eyes, but no one ever said how to treat it other than buy eye drops. Dr. Polsinelli actually gave me a lesson on home remedies and what causes the dry eyes. After talking about my life changes, he also told me he offers free pediatric eye exams to children 6-12 months old. Wow! I just can't say enough about his practice and I look forward to meeting his wife one day!

The clinic staff was sweet, they made the place feel comfortable and took care of what I needed on the paperwork side. It seemed like the clinic was a little short staffed and people were covering other positions, but overall everyone did a nice job. The doctor (Dr. Kevie Kawasaki) is an OD and she was so welcoming and kind. Her presence and grace to just make everything better in the clinic without blinking an eye was very obvious. Seeing a doctor in the clinic who isn't afraid to also be a leader and do it all was pretty great. It was clear no job was below her and she just wanted to better the space for everyone. He was very informative and walked me through their scheduling during the lockdown, their pricing etc. I explained that I needed contacts for work and that my glasses weren't cutting it. He immediately checked his schedule and was able to get me in the next day. I received a follow up call the next morning reminding me to bring my eyewear and any info I had on my current Rx. Upon arriving the office ladies greeted me and had me fill out my paperwork. They were very kind and welcoming. My exam with Dr. Freedle was wonderful, he explained so much about my prescription and the different benefits of contacts vs glasses. I had never gotten so much information at other offices. By the time I left I had a new prescription, contacts for the year and drops to prevent dry eye. The cost was extremely reasonable; given the care I received and products, I am very surprised at how much I paid. The pricing is less than most in the area and the service received is 5 stars. While it is standard practice to make the script correction for free, this doctor said it was my fault because they went through their process where I said what was better and would not do a free re-test. Even the eyeglass provider at the mall redid the glasses for free with my redone script. I will never be back. Not providing a free re-do has now cost this location 2 exams every year for my husband and me for years. They should rethink their policy and treat customer with respect.
