She smiles all the time and you can hear it in her voice when she answers the phone. She is just PERFECT to be the one to greet and one who answers the phone! I had Shay help me pick out my frames when I was there in the fall and she was WONDERFUL. I, however, was NOT wonderful to my glasses. No no. I scratched not ONE but BOTH LENSES right in the middle of the lens. Grrr. So I figured oh well I'm just going to have to pay for new lenses. I got them in November and it's July!! Well the day I called Alexa answered bright and cheery as usual. I told her my sad story and she asked for my information so she could look up my account. Well I apparently had a TWO year warranty for scratches!!! Yeeeehaw!! So she said NO PROBLEM, we will just order the new lenses and then call you when they come in. You can swing by anytime it's convenient to get them swapped out! After about two weeks I realized that I hadn't given her my new phone number. So even IF she called she wouldn't get me! Lol. So I called and (yup Alexa again!) She said hey!!! We have your lenses!! I popped in the next day and it was just her and Shay (I apologize if I've misspelled your name!) They got right to it and Shay had a hard time cleaning my glasses as I'd put these cheap plastic pads on to keep them from sliding lol She took those off, reshaped them and I keep them on my nose and then got back to cleaning the lenses. She went back again into the room Alexa had swapped the lenses out and called Alexa in. They found a HUGE scratch on my NEW lenses!! Then as she finally got rhem cleaned and fitted, she found another on the other lens. I was not upset because what can you do right? But Shay said THIS isn't acceptable. She said try he first thing the next day she'd call the lab to expedite me a new pair of lenses. That would only have been a week tomorrow. I was VERY impressed, again with th level OF POST service/appointment care. They genuinely care and genuinely like what they do. That's clear. I'll keep going here as long as they'll see me!! Love the staff and love my glasses!! And I KNOW I'll have some new lenses soon too. Which will be checked and double checked before they call me lol

I should have left time before last when the tech did my whole entire exam because the doctor was too busy to do it. My bad. I went again on October 4th, saw a floating doctor that was filling in for another on maternity leave, who by the way was great and I will likely be going to the clinic she regularly works at-not affiliated with Lenza. I have called repeatedly in the last 5 days to ask if my glasses are ready as I was told standard 2 weeks. I left two messages-no call back. I am no longer living close to the location and happened to be passing yesterday, so I stopped. Signs on the door that they are closed, call the Newberg office if you need assistance. Called that location, no answer, left a message, no reply. The store front in Wilsonville's hours on the door now say 3:00-6:00 Monday. I then called before 6:00, no answer. All I want is some customer service for the $350 glasses I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. A call back, or someone to answer the phones. Now I just want a refund and never to be associated with them again. There is no reason to not have staff at locations, answer messages, or be open during reasonable hours. To me this is a result of a bigger problem. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau if I don't hear back by the weeks end. **Update, called again, reached McKenzie who assures me that my glasses will be ready Thursday or Friday. When I try to explain my frustration, he says they are short staffed and there's nothing they can do about it. I suggest calling people back and if that's not an option hire an answering service or don't have an outgoing message. "Yeah, ok, well then you have a great day", then he hung up on me. I schedule a Wednesday appointment on a Monday (got in really quick) and was very impressed by their professionalism. The clinic staff was sweet, they made the place feel comfortable and took care of what I needed on the paperwork side. It seemed like the clinic was a little short staffed and people were covering other positions, but overall everyone did a nice job. The doctor (Dr. Kevie Kawasaki) is an OD and she was so welcoming and kind. Her presence and grace to just make everything better in the clinic without blinking an eye was very obvious. Seeing a doctor in the clinic who isn't afraid to also be a leader and do it all was pretty great. It was clear no job was below her and she just wanted to better the space for everyone. While it is standard practice to make the script correction for free, this doctor said it was my fault because they went through their process where I said what was better and would not do a free re-test. Even the eyeglass provider at the mall redid the glasses for free with my redone script. I will never be back. Not providing a free re-do has now cost this location 2 exams every year for my husband and me for years. They should rethink their policy and treat customer with respect.
