I had been going to this dentist for 3 years for cleanings, fillings, etc. and was considering…read moregetting Invisalign's after I was told they could fix other areas that my previous Invisalign's from another dentist did not. It was out-of-network but insurance still covered most and the office was nice so I continued going. My husband (who hadn't seen a dentist in years) cracked 2 teeth and was in severe pain. Thankfully, they got him in the next business day. One tooth had to have a root canal and the other a filling. He was sent to an orthodontist in Clarksville that did the root canal and Sango did the filling. He was also told he had to have special caps for his teeth that insurance did not cover, gum treatment that had to be done in 2 treatments due to insurance, and scheduled him for another filling after looking at his teeth again. Overall, after insurance was maxed out, this cost us around $3000 and we hadn't even paid for the filling that was going to cost $500. This was an insane amount so we decided to go to another dentist that he had seen in his hometown. $200 for the filling they said. He went to his original dentist 45 minutes away and they quickly saw from his x-rays that his tooth was so bad that it needed pulled. And that it would only cost $500. The time between this appointment and the appointment Sango made for his filling was 1 month. No way the tooth had gotten that bad in a month's time span. We are both livid over the amount of work he has had done for so much money and the fact that he had to keep going back (roughly 6 appointments) just for them to keep telling him he needed something else done to probably keep getting money from these separate appointments. I have already switched dentist's and am hoping my teeth are fine after seeing how they handled my husband's case. Seems like quick and inadequate work to charge insurance and patients sky-high rates. Yes, everyone is nice and the place is pretty, but I'd rather have healthy teeth for less than a million dollars.

When children become adults they could choose to go somewhere else especially if another place is closer. She chose to keep with Richview. Look, I am well aware going to the dentist it's not something people want to do. If you have a problem more than likely you're going to experience some discomfort. Richview Family Denistry does everything they can to make your visit pleasant. They do that by making their surroundings aesthetic. Their staff is courteous attentive. If you have a question ask anyone. They will be more than likely able to answer it to whatever detail you want them to go into. If not, Dr. Wall or Dr. Biggs are more than happy to put you at ease. We absolutely consider them all family. Why not, we have gone to them for almost 14 years since coming to Clarksville. I don't know how anybody could not be completely satisfied coming here. I have never had any questions or problems with payments, notifications for appointments, or with patient care. I felt it was absolutely necessary to let people in Clarksville know where they can go for a great family dentistry. One last note when my daughter required patient care beyond what is provided here I.e., orthodontics they provided us a great referral.

As a family of five that all go to this office it is disappointing when a miscommunication on an appointment is handled so poorly, our appointment request for the day after returning from a trip was entered as the day we were traveling back from the trip for a cleaning. We were notified of this while traveling and immediately rescheduled the appointment for the following Monday when they had an opening and it was chalked up as a miscommunication between both parties. We show up for the appointment on Monday as rescheduled and are informed that we will have to pay for both visits as we are leaving the appointment. The front desk attendant did not care that they put the appointment on the books wrong and required us to pay for both visits. As previously stated the staff apart from the front desk amazing, front desk is disappointing to say the least and puts a black mark on a nice business.
