They used the mustard BBQ sauce which was an odd choice. The hot wings were good! The brisket was disappointing. It was still a little tough, and probably needed to cook for another two hours. The chicken was enjoyable. As for the sides, the corn bread was cold. The broccoli salad, Cole slaw, and potato salad was enjoyable. The place is easy to find and a decent amount of seating. My husband's family is from Pulaski and I don't think we'll be stopping in again next time we are back.

The dish was a lemon marinated pork chop, grilled, topped with a strawberry compote, crispy fried potatoes and roasted broccoli. The pork chop was huge, cooked perfectly, juicy, bursting with flavor. The broccoli and potatoes were also delicious and needed nothing added to them. It's probably one of the best meals I've had in CNY, period.
