Went in because I was looking to start my own tank. No one came and said a word to us for over 10…read moremins. Walked right past us multiple times and didn't say a word. They only acknowledged their regulars. By the time the lady FINALLY asked us what we needed, she couldn't even answer our questions because she kept stopping to talk to her regulars. Really made us feel unwelcome and like we were interrupting her social time. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

Alice was the only who contacted me. At all. Even better, she provided me with a really simple, short-term solution to keep the koi alive until the pump was going again. Although I didn't end up using her services due to her schedule, my koi and I appreciated the assistance. She provides some useful information on the website, too.

We had our 840 gallon pond emptied, cleaned and sealed. Alice re-designed the waterfall, Cleaned out all of the equipment, built grottoes at the bottom and restocked our pond with beautiful plants and disease free fish! Very reasonable pricing as well. I'm a customer for life! I can't thank her enough for her hard work. I now enjoy my pond area every morning over coffee!
