I always like to check their social media (instagram) to make sure they are open before I go! They also offer dog washing stations and a dog yard membership as well which is really cool. I had no problem getting a parking spot I was greeted and Luciano was shown a lot of tender love. I explained what I wanted, and they looked in his profile because I guess all the PetSmart grooming salons are connected so they were able to see the notes I don't like shampoos with fragrance and sometimes they spray doggy perfume on, and I told them please don't do that early on in his grooming life so all those notes are in there and they followed him from El Paso to Dallas they also saw the notes about how to give him his shave and then the little mohawk so it was easy. He did really well with his groomer and he looks so handsome. My groomer was Maria P and she has a good eye and a good neck for making the dogs look good.

The manager was mad that I was exchanging it. He said I needed to wait six days in the future before doing an exchange. He said he would go ahead and do it this time. I guess I should feel thankful. I'm not going to wait 6 days to see if my dog eats some food or not. I just just won't be going back to this establishment and making any future purchases. I don't have to put up with rude managers there are plenty of other places to buy my pet food.
