Today I was there for brunch and brought along my laptop and lots of work that I'd hoped to get done while there. After ordering a Spinach and Feta Omelette, I asked for the WiFi password and was told they don't have WiFi available for customers. Ok, so much for my work plans. Ugh. My omelette arrived fairly quickly and I also ate it quickly because I had work to do. The omelette was overall delicious. I will say, however, that the ingredients were not evenly distributed within the omelette. For instance, the tomatoes and onions were on one side, the spinach and feta weren't evenly mixed together and there were parts of the omelette that had no filling at all. The home fries were good, but I had to seek out ketchup from another table (rather than wait for my server to check on me). The coffee has never been the best but the main entree generally makes up for it. The value was decent and I'd recommend for a casual meal in a clean setting.

I picked up my order and took it home only to find that I was given a Corn Beef Reuben. Since I don't eat red meat, this wasn't something I could ignore. I called the restaurant to notify them that I didn't receive the correct order. I went back (a 20 minute round trip in addition to the initial 20 minute round trip). I think they should have duplicated my initial order given my trouble in having to spend my time and gas money (especially these days) to return to the restaurant for my correct order. But they only gave me the correct Turkey Reuben without fresh fries and without a side of Thousand Island Dressing. I was too annoyed to even raise these issues, as I hadn't eaten all day and just wanted to go home and have a warm sandwich- even with cold fries. The restaurant was also very crowded when I went back the second time (ambiance is that of a bustling diner) and I just didn't want to deal with more time-consuming stress. Decided to check it out in the hope of having a meal and getting some work done around 3pm. As I was walking in, I noted the posted hours and they were closing at 4pm. Oh well. As I entered the restaurant, the server was sweeping the floor. She showed me to a table. I was the only customer. I tried to ignore a slight musty smell-as if tables had been wiped down with a musty rag, to give you an idea. The server, Crystal, couldn't have been nicer. I ordered an Arnold Palmer and she brought the iced tea in one glass and lemonade in another so I could mix it up to suit my taste. Nice! I ordered a Turkey Reuben with dressing on the side. It came with an order of fries, and Crystal promptly brought ketchup to the table without being asked. I had pulled out a file to review but my food came out in no time. Everything was exactly as ordered. The sandwich was decent and the thousand island dressing tasted homemade. The fries were good. Everything was solid but the food just wasn't amazing. However, it was a good value at a total of $12-something. The cash price was a bit lower than if paying by credit card. While I had hoped to get some work done, I felt distracted because the restaurant was clearly getting ready to close. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Just packed up my laptop and left.
