My GE washing machine stopped working and having read the trouble shooting tips knew it was beyond my abilities. They were polite, clean and knowledgeable, advising on each step of their diagnostic testing. It was a tough diagnostic but they narrowed it down to 2 possibilities, which they ended up not needing to use because they fixed it! They did say that while they got it to work, the problem might come back (pressure switch). But I appreciated they didn't try to upsell and said the $90 I paid today would be applied to the next visit in case their fix didn't do it. I love honest folks and these guys are it.
