Although it's a cavernous space, one man decided it was his office and was making a lot of sales calls, so we were treated to hearing that unless we moved to the back side of the business. Next time, we'll save a few bucks (and our sanity) and go to Starbucks across the street! We like to support local businesses, but this was abominable.

If you and a friend or S.O. can agree on your flavor and toppings, it would be way more cost efficient to order a large (3 scoop) bowl and split it. Unfortunately, that's not my life. My love always wants a fruity thing, and I always want a chocolatey thing. Price not considered, the ice cream is ultra premium, very delicious and refreshing. I should have realized if the sample was old and dry the rest of it likely was too. I bought some prepackaged boxes too before I left. All of these items were placed in a white paper bag. It couldn't handle the weight and ripped about a block away. I'm not sure why I wasn't given an adequate bag for the weight. This was a disappointing experience and not the store I remember. I suspect the owners changed. I will not stop again.
