As she put it in a bag, she wished me a happy birthday. I say this because I can't tell you how many people don't acknowledge your birthday when you're redeeming a birthday reward or something like that. And it's a nice touch, so I appreciated her. This was my favorite store among all the branches in the area, until the last time I went there I was attended by a young woman named Kira H. and I could feel her lack of professionalism, the poor quality of customer service. She made me feel like I was ignorant and I felt a certain contempt and disgust on her part when she attended to me, which could well be said to be racism on her part towards me, because I am Hispanic, an immigrant. Very disappointed in their customer service. I ordered 12 bundtlets with thanksgiving decorations for 11 am pickup on Wednesday before thanksgiving. When I arrived at almost 1 pm it was clear they never did my box. They went to the back to put the box together as I wait. Then gave me a tiny box with the decorations taped on the side for me to do myself. I've never had this experience at a different location! I've always gotten the decoration put in when i pick up. I'm very frustrated as I've always had good experience at other locations in the past. Also I ordered a custom box they gave me that tiny box already taped, without letting me double check to ensure the order was right. I was just so caught off guard by the service. My first time going to this location! I've received these cakes as a gift and also gotten them at their Vienna location. As with their Vienna location (and I've been told all their own locations too!), this shop is very cute and full of really great, unique little items available for purchase! I placed an order for a dozen little bundt cakes decorated with a back to school theme around 9:30 pm last night and for pickup in the morning! There is definitely no other place I could place a cake order at night for pickup the next morning! That part is so cool! I paid for them online, so all I had to do was pick them up! The woman who works there brought them from out back, and the decorative sticks were in a plastic bag attached to the box. She said they do that because it's better for travel. I also realized later that when the sticks are on, it's hard to close the box! (It would be nice if they had boxes with a little more height!). She did offer to put them on if I wanted! One great thing they do is put a sticker in the box showing the location of all the flavors! Such a great feature, since sometimes it can be really hard to tell the difference from just looking at the cakes! I got a variety of cakes, and so far we have loved them all! As always, the frosting is just perfect! Sweet, moist, delicious!! The cake is so tasty and always so moist! I enjoyed the lemon cake; it has a very mild lemon flavor. And the ABC decorative sticks were so cute! This location is in the heart of 7 Corners, not my favorite place to drive around, but at least there is plenty of parking in the lot! 3.5 stars. This is a lovely store off Seven Corners. It's clean and welcoming, and the employees are friendly. The chain is excellent at consistency in quality, so if you like one cake here, you're probably going to like it at any other location. However, the cakes may not be to your taste--no matter how many times I try them, they're way too sweet for me. The little bundts are a great way to sample some flavors and see what you like. The prices are reasonable. I just think I'll probably go to a local bakery instead to find something that I prefer. read more

I'm not sure if this location offers the punch cards but some do (like the one in Vienna) so it's pretty awesome if you go enough to get a free item! I've always enjoyed getting the White Chocolate Raspberry! I like that they have all sorts of sizes now, and you can mix and match flavors. The bundt cakes are so moist ugh. The store itself is very organized and I love the holiday decorations.
