The quality is not what it was, the selection feels uninspired, and whatever made this place special has either retired, been sold, or quietly slipped out the back door. It is amazing how a business can keep the branding and lose the magic so completely. At this point, I need to stop coming in out of habit and accept reality: Pastries by Randolph did not so much evolve as gently collapse into a beige imitation of itself.
