Whatever the truth might be one thing is for sure : this company doesn't take their business seriously. Broken boards, last minute excuses and overall unprofessional sales experience has left me looking for another company to work with. I've never been to a store dedicated to just one brand; I've only been to places like the Tennis Plaza. The spot is a bit hidden away in an area that looks like a corporate park. The inside is a pretty decent size and even has a "play area" you can test out paddles. They have items from rackets, paddles, hats, balls, and even athletic wear. The inside is half office and half store/court. We got to chat with Chris and he let us know that they actually host an event every month with food and drinks and even give special offers and discounts during those events! It was so tempting to walk out without a paddle but I controlled my urge. We did however leave with a paddle for my cousin for her birthday. A great spot to test and pick up a paddle!

I ride my bicycle AT LEAST 8-10 miles every day. Suffice to say, with the roads and paths here, my bike can take a beating. Let me tell you why I wouldn't use any other company to service my bike.. From the time you call to make an appointment to the time they are finished repairing your bike, you are treated wonderfully. They come to you! How great is that?! No more loading your bike onto your car to get it repaired or maintained. No more leaving your bike for a day or more or waiting a long time in the shop for it to be repaired/maintained. This makes life so much easier. The times they have open for appointments is great. They really try to accommodate your schedule the best that they can. They carry a great selection of parts on board their truck. I asked for an item that I hadn't mentioned when I made my appointment. They had it..at a great price. Their prices are reasonable. They do a lot of work for the price charged when performing a tune up. They do not do any work without telling you the cost before doing it. They do not try to con you into doing any work you don't need, charge you extra for work that should already be covered under the original quote or sell you anything you don't need. I unfortunately had this experience with 2 of my local bike shops. Suffice to say that it was refreshing to experience this honesty. They came to my my place of business when I had a flat. A year later, they came to fix another flat I sustained in a mall parking lot. Both times they came as soon as they could. What other company does that? The best reason to use them... They are a company that cares. Bicycle Doctor is located in palm beach county. I am located in northwest broward. The mobile bike repair company that was supposed to service my area never picked up their phone or returned any messages that I left. Another place that I called said that they only service bikes with flats outside of their shop on a certain span of A1A. My local bike shops said that they do not offer bike pickup and repair at all. It was a really a hassle for me to get my bike, with a flat tire, to a shop. At the time I called Bicycle Doctor they were only servicing Palm beach county. I told them my story and they were kind enough to help me out. After that, I never used another company to service any of my family's bicycles again. Now that they serve my part of broward county, I want to tell everyone how great they are! Use them!!

I've attended two celebrations here so far: my cousin's Sweet 16 and, more recently, her graduation party. Both events were held here, and the space worked really well for each occasion. One thing I appreciate is that renters are given plenty of time to set up before the event and clean up afterward, which helps make the day much less stressful. The venue includes plenty of round tables and chairs, as well as long banquet tables that work well for food, drinks, desserts, or gift displays. There's also a kitchen with a refrigerator and a large countertop for food prep. The kitchen has an open serving window, making it easy to pass food and supplies back and forth during the event. The room itself is long and spacious, leaving plenty of room for a dance floor, DJ setup, and guest seating without feeling crowded. There are separate men's and women's restrooms, along with a private parking lot, making it very convenient for guests. One thing to keep in mind is that all decorating, setup, and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter. The facility provides the space and furnishings, but you'll need to plan for your own event setup and breakdown. Overall, it's a clean, convenient, and affordable venue that's perfect for birthday parties, graduation celebrations, baby showers, family gatherings, and other special events.

In between zoom there were one or two in person meetings. At one of those a stranger sat beside me then began a series of questions about why a person would be wearing a mask. I happened to be wearing my mask that day. I complained to city about the mask interrogation but nothing came of it. Around the same time the female co-leader- Barbara- of this group announced that "we [here] are all vaccinated," when, realistically, she has no way of knowing who is and who is not vaccinated. Absurd! Then when the passing on of wealth was the topic of discussion a senior citizen female- Ada- opined that she did not believe anyone in attendance had achieved a certain wealth amount (net worth) chosen by her. It was highly insulting to be lumped into a lower wealth category beyond which those who are small- minded cannot begin to fathom. She seemed to be suggesting that everyone else in the group was part of the same low income class to which she/her husband belong. Troubling the way she presented her suspicions about other group members' personal finances as though it was fact.

Each visit was also a very unpleasant customer service experience. I consistently found the owner to be cold, rude, and unwelcoming, and I left feeling undervalued as a customer. I kept returning because the shop is conveniently located, and I wanted to give the owner the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps I had just caught him on a bad day. After four visits, however, I've concluded that my experiences were not isolated. Both the customer service and the repair quality were consistently disappointing. Afterward, I read several reviews from other customers describing experiences very similar to mine. I only wish I had read them after my first visit--it would have saved me considerable time, frustration, and money. I've decided to take my bike elsewhere, even if it means traveling farther. I won't be returning to Frenchies.
