We will no longer come here. What a pitiful place. Last week they screwed up our order. Today I stopped by to give them a chance to fix it. Spoke with a manger and she couldn't care less to help. 1. Your rewards membership doesn't track your purchases. 2. She doesn't know how to search transaction history, blames corporate office. What a joke she is! 3. Take responsibly and stop blaming others for your ignorance and poor service. I found the transaction on my CC when I got home. Filed a dispute. They lost our business over $6! HTeaO is my obsession. I recently moved to Spring from the DFW area & was so relieved to find a location within reasonable driving distance. My go to order is a sweet coconut, though I also really love the "Cotton Candy" (1/2 sweet coconut, 1/2 sweet watermelon) which is March's flavor of the month. I recently went through the drive thru and ordered a gallon. When I got home, I realized I didn't have the right flavor. When I reached out to this store location, I got an email back within just a few hours & they gave me the correct gallon. I really appreciate the customer service. They also have a really great rewards program that includes a free gallon on your birthday! Not to mention their 2-4 happy hour 1/2 price teas! read more

Would not recommend the iced chai tea 'latte'. It tastes like there's no milk in it. The employee also wouldn't let me order it in a large, only a small.. but there is S-L sizes & prices listed on the menu. She didn't explain why, just told us we couldn't order it. I have driven by this place so many times and it always looked closed except today I saw a line out the drive thru so I turned around and bought myself a tea since I am more of a tea lover than coffee and LET ME TELL YOU....I love unsweet tea and I tried the blueberry caffeine free unsweet tea and it was freaking amazing especially by adding fresh fruit to it that elevates it. There is nothing in the area like this I will be coming again. TIP FOR MANAGEMENT (if y'all read this): if y'all can somehow light up your sign or make it obvious that you're open! Before today I have driven by your place so many times thinking that yall are closed as your inside is barely lit from the outside in and you signage is not lit up. Very hyped up but that's probably because it is something new. I do appreciate the variety of teas that are given here but it's nothing spectacular. It's good but not the best thing out there. I think the convenience of a drive thru and quick service is probably what makes it good. Texas is known for sweet tea, I know some people don't like it too sweet. I will say it's not a bad place to get tea that's just a bit sweet but not too sweet like raisin canes's sweet. I did wish it was a bit more sweet. This place is definitely good for a quick refresher. If you are unsure about trying it, go during happy hour from 2-4! read more

Great place. They have so many tea's to Choose from. They have green tea, a lot of sweet flavored tea, a couple flavored unsweetened tea and caffeine free. You can taste as many as you like before you choose which one you like I wish they had more unsweet tea. Everyone was very nice and helpful. read more

So glad I tried their place. As someone who lives tea, it was a real treat to see all the different flavors. When you walk in, they have paper cups that you can use to sample all the flavors and decide on what you want. The person that was there was very helpful in answering any questions I had. All the teas are in their own dispenser I decided to go with Sweet Mint and Unsweet Coconut flavors. You can buy the tea in oz serving cups or they have the option to get half gallon/a gallon. The funnest part for me was getting the 'additives'. They have pre-packaged options to go in your tea. I chose peaches, cherries, and mint. They also sell chips/popcorn and other treats if you are in the mood for a snack. My MIL and husband got to try the tea when I got home and it was a hit! We are taking about ordering the gallons for any summer get-togethers. Highly recommend! read more

This is one of our favorite spots. There are so many options /flavors/ mix ins available with and without sweetener it's a win for every palate. You start with the cup type and size you want, then you get ice, or not, and Mix and match to your hearts content or stick with one flavor. You can also sample flavors before you choose. There are tasting cups next to the flavors. My personal favorite is 80% unsweet coconut with 20% sweet almond green. My daughter likes the watermelon while my husband goes for the high energy extreme caffeine with sweet almond. They have fruit mix ins, lemons, cherries, limes, oranges, etc. They carry several snack options and cups/ bottles in many colors and brands. They also have coolers and larger purchase options. Driving up to a ice tea place you know it will cost a bit more for iced tea. Many flavors are available. Add ins are also available, blueberries, strawberries, etc for an up charge. Lemmons are included in this upcharge. If you want more than 2 slivers of lemon (1 little container) it's an extra $.70 for every 2 slivers. After paying almost $3.00 for a glass of tea, it is not customer friendly to charge extra for somthing that would be free elsewhere. The profit margin is quite substantial even with free lemons. Will I be back? Maybe. Tea is okay, but okay tea can be found elsewhere. read more

Shoes were sticking to the surface of the tile. Not pleasant. Visited a second time about a month later. No improvement whatsoever. I frequent the storefront on Bay Area Blvd in Webster and that location is immaculate and clean. It is not self serve however. Plenty of staff in Tomball. Just can't understand the lack of management. Will not be back to that location. read more

Wow, who knew an iced tea spot like this even existed!? Clearly I need to come to Tomball more often! I received great service from an employee who could tell it was my first visit and from the girl at the counter who checked me out... If you know what you want, they have a convenient drive thru too. I think there were about 20 flavors both sweet and unsweet to choose from and sample cups available inside for customer use if you were unsure of the flavors. Everything was clean and well stocked and it was just an overall cool atmosphere. Hope one of these makes its way to Katy soon! read more

If you go in you can sample the teas using a paper Dixie cup. You can make your own flavor combinations. They offer various sizes and have 1/2 price cups of tea during happy hour from 2:00-4:00. Currently they have 1/2 price gallons for the month of March for their grand opening special. They will fill a gallon for you on the spot with any combination or single flavor that you want. We currently have 3 different gallons in our refrigerator. We will be frequent customers here for sure! read more

So so so soooo good!! I found this place on Yelp because I wanted a tea drink but something my husband could get with me. He's not a fan of Asian boba drinks which usually pops up if you search tea. So when I told him about this place he said sure. I described it to him as the tea version of the daiquiri huts of NOLA. We found the menu beforehand so we had some time to think what we got... we did drive thru for a second and then decided we should go in and try them.. and I am so glad we did!! All the teas are delicious! There's sweet, unsweet, decaf, regular. You can get whatever size you want. They have little cups for you to try. They have gallons already made if you want that or you can get a gallon (or pint) made. Probably bigger too but I did not inquire! They also have Tea you can make at home if you prefer that. They have a wide variety to choose from and even a few duplicates of a flavor so if it is in demand you can get from multiple stations. They also have THE BEST ICE. I like that they have a station where you can fill your own cup up and prepare your drink how you would like. All in the lobby area they have different things you can buy as well, from tshirts to yeti coolers and cups and just a whole lot of stuff. Definitely a cool place to check out. The tea is so good, it's everything you ever wanted in your sweet tea cup! We drive 1 hour from home to visit this store, as it's the closest location to our home. The store is usually clean, and this visit it was consumed by the scent of cleaner from freshly mopped floors and all of the drink dispensers were wiped clean! Sadly, the condiment bar and containers were empty, although they too were spotless! As we approached the door when we arrived, an employee was returning from taking out the trash. The store was clean and tidy. H O W E V E R, employees were all too disgusted that my family of 4 walked in 25 minutes before closing. Not a word or gesture of acknowledgment was made at our arrival, in fact it was quite the opposite; glares at each other, flared nostrils, and blank stares. When asking if perhaps I could purchase fresh mint to add to my drink (since the condiment bar where they're usually offered for self-service was clearly closed early), the attendant simply turned around and walked to the back and never returned. There were no words from any of the 3 employees present, except for the cashier to ask if I would like my receipt. Service was apparently sacrificed for an attempt to accomplish closing duties and go home as soon as possible. It's a cold winter day, and who wants iced tea? We did. We got it. It was good. Unfortunately, the service was exceptionally bad today. We certainly won't rush back this winter if it's such an imposition. read more

What a great addition for Tomball! We just drove through to catch their happy hour and are enjoying three different, yet delicious, flavors of iced tea. Super affordable, high quality! My daughter loves her sweet mango fresco tea, and my son is enjoying his sweet wild raspberry tea. The unsweet mint tea, is delicious as well. All three with a black tea base. Drive-through is available, so if you want a quick refreshment, I highly recommend it! He also said we could come on in and sample every flavor! The friendly drive-through guy that was helping us recommended the Palmer (half tea half lemonade), and their pink lemonade as well. Definitely recommend. read more
