Score Pizza is hidden away in a section of Upper Canada mall that I didn't even know existed! It could be hard to miss if you don't enter from that side of the mall but there are plenty of amazing restaurants there, including Score Pizza. I ordered "the classic" from the menu and I was mostly impressed. The toppings were fresh and delicious but I could have gone without the olive oil. In theory all of the components sounded great (red sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, Italian seasoning, basil, and olive oil) but the olive oil left a puddle under the pizza. Next time I'll know to try something else or to forgo the oil. The pizza itself was very thin and crispy. I loved that whole bottom of the pizza was crispy from the stone-fired oven! The taste of the crust and pizza sauce were just ok, as I wish there was either more sauce or more flavor to the crust and/or sauce. The staff working there were super friendly and helpful, and the sitting area was very clean and modern. Overall, I enjoyed the pizza and I was impressed with how quick it was made. Nice little build your own pizza place in the Upper Canada Mall. Definitely fits the sports bar genre but with a cross of Pi Co and a splash of mom and pop's soda shop. Their build your own stone fire oven baked pizza is pretty delicious as far as pizzas go. Definitely a good sharing opportunity for a casual day out. They also have lemonades and their own beer which is a type of amber beer. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. A surprisingly nice restaurant in the mall with so many options. read more

This is a place to go to if you want freshly made stone-fired pizza in the uptown area. Do keep in mind that you do have to wait a bit (around 15-20 minutes) just because they're made on the spot! Staff are friendly and would ask us about the food when walking by! I've come here so many times just for the Bar-B-Q Chicken signature pizza! It's SO good and I crave for it from time to time! It's made to perfection in terms of the crispiness of the crust, flavour, and proportion of toppings. My husband likes the Spicy Hawaiian a lot and said it's really good too! You can also build your own pizza. We tried a Pepperoni one and it was decent. I'd say the Bar-B-Q Chicken is a must try! Definitely will continue to come back for that! read more

I tried the 12" Great White North which is one of the signature pizzas, and it was very good. I decided to go with an already defined recipe for convenience because I was in no mood to build my own pizza. The Great White North was a blend of sweet, cheesy and savoury. It had some caramelized onions, arugula, garlic cream sauce, asiago, mozzarella, among other ingredients. The 12" pizza was priced reasonably ($14.50) and was a little more than enough for an individual. It will be a good idea for dining groups to swap pizza slices of different flavours to try out different mixes. Just had the most disappointing experience ever for mall food experience. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza and after 21 minutes, the pizza was still NOT in the oven. I stood there and watched as the guy operating the oven (tall Asian fella) talked in the phone with his AirPods on. After I was able to get the attention of the manager, she told me it would take another 7 minutes as the pizza was finally going in the oven. I asked her what happened and she it was a busy day. I suggested to her that she should let customers know the wait time as they order the pizzas. I'm used to eating PI Co in malls and not once did I ever wait more than 10 minutes for a pizza. It's all mall fast food. This was not fast at all. My family finished their lunch (from the pasta joint nearby) so I just asked for my refund and left without the pizza. I LOVE score pizza!! I've been multiple times to the Newmarket location and a few times to the London location before they closed down. It's my favourite pizza joint and always hits the spot, even thought it's a bit pricey. read more

Came here with my mom. We really enjoyed that this is thin crust pizza. Tasty, fresh, good options. Small place inside the mall but makes up for it. Finally got a chance to check out score pizza and it did not disappoint! I mean how can make your own pizza with unlimited topping possibly disappoint any one? There are lots of toppings to choose from. Rather you are a vegetarian or a meat carnivore, you will be pleased with the selections. You can choose from 2 size 6" or 12". The dough is very thin so so you may want to take that into consideration. Overall, it's definitely worth a try. read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service by manager. My order was canceled by uber eats driver, not a problem. No one contacted me after my order was not picked up.  Ubers fault, no blame for that for score pizza. I contacted the store and was informed that it had been canceled through uber and they would contact them to send another driver. 40 minutes goes by , nothing. no update no phone call nothing. i contacted the store again and had the male manager speak over me and not let me explain that i had already been informed with the information he was giving me and it was not helpful at this time as i am needing to figure out dinner for my children who have already been waiting over an hour. ended up hanging up on him as he was just placing blame on uber and not giving me any further guidance basically having me be " on my own" to figure this out. very very rude. i hope no one else has this experience with this man with very crappy customer service. i was very patient and polite until i was spoken over in a rude way. read more
