I tried the below flavor The Richmond: 3/5 the goat cheese made the pizza a bit too tart so i would opt for a different flavor next time Yorkville: 3/5 feta cheese made the pizza a bit too tart and the label mentions honey but there was none. Decided not to get the truffle oil for $3 up charge from the base price. I went home and added my own honey and truffle oil and it was Yum. Stopped by for Pi day March 14 2025. Located in the food court in the corner nice little shop. Obviously expected a long wait no problem. I knew and signed up for this. Organized line up, and every staff 6x had their role. All good for the wait. 1hr 20. Lines cut off around 230pm as the wait would take you to past 3:14pm and only limited time and pizza dough prep. No guarantee after cut off time. Pies where $3:14 plus tax. ** Staff was promoting a free drink if given a 5 star Google review is shown to cashier prior to trying the pizza. I would not trust the review on Pi day as they were incentivized and not true reviews. On to the pizza margarita style very thin light and crispy. Pizza sauce had slight tartness, 1 little cheese ball ( mozzarella) very good quality 1 per pie ripped in little pieces, basil good quality 4 little ripped pieces, once cook just a sliver, and a dusting of some other powder cheese. A drizzle of olive oil. The crust was crispy on the top soft on the inside. Pizza very thin but also maintans a good crisp bottom. Extra topings oregano and red chili flakes can be added at the counter. Pizza cutter used by cashier both of which were full of pizza sauce stuck on the wheel. Can't say if the scarcity of toping is related to the promo or always this sparce. This pizza I would not pay full price on a regular day, there is not enough substance. Great concept of being able to choose as many toppings as you want for a flat price. Allows for a hearty personalized experience. The restaurant is more of a take out concept, but pizza travels well. In terms of the quality, the toppings are good, but definitely not as fresh and authentic as higher end pizza places (e.g. Pizzeria Libretto, Terroni). In addition, the crust is somewhat chewier than I like. Overall, definitely a good choice when you are looking for a takeout pizza. read more

Came here for Pi day, where a Margherita pizza is only $3.14! Definitely their best deal of the year, though I did wait around 2 hours to get the pizzas. The pizza was delicious, and I loved the chewy crust. Despite them making an insane amount of pizza today, the quality was still there. The customer service was also great. I've been to Pi Co a few times in the past for a build your own pizza, and they have a great selection of toppings. The price of a build your own is justifiable considering the amount of toppings you can put on there. It's definitely a place I'll go back to when I'm craving pizza while shopping. read more

Blaze-style build your own pizza! New (I haven't been to Fairview in forever so technically everything is new to me...) joint - totally diff from your standard mall foodcourt fare, issa welcome change. For $14, you basically just choose your dough (gluten free +$2 or reg), sauce, and unlimited toppings. Then your concoction is baked in under 5 mins and ready to eat. Basically, I'm comparing everything here to Blaze cus I think they do these make-your-own pizzas the best. Toppings - they don't have as wide a selection as Blaze, there's def a wider variety of meats and veggies and cheeses elsewhere. They also didn't have the fresh arugula topping afterwards. Pizza dough - pretty standard, similar to Blaze! The pizza was cooked perfectly, wasn't soggy, and had a nice chew. I do like how this is in Fairview's food court tho! Cus honestly, sometimes your standard Taco Bell and Jimmy The Greek meals are starting to get boring. read more

I ordered online through the app for the 10 dollar choose any topping pizza and it was a very good deal. The pizza was made fresh and the toppings looked like there were all topped up. A very delicious pizza and stays hot all the way home. Also the size is very large and will definately cover two meals for a single person. The only issue was that my pick up time was set at 15 minutes from ordering time but when I got there, they didn't start making it until I had asked them. read more

I have to say that the concept of individually crafted pizzas seemed expensive, but this place wasn't as bad as I thought. I ordered a pizza with many choices of meat and a blend of cheeses. The pizza was cooked quickly and tasted very good. The crust was perfectly cooked. I also had some while cold and the pizza still tasted good, which isnt easy to do. I do think I will be back at this place sometime soon. read more

Pretty good! It's a bit pricey but pizza is made well and tastes great! The wait is a bit long since everyone does craft your own ($14). I really enjoy the fresh toppings and the crust, they're a good addition to the food court. read more

i passed by a few times n decided to give it a try today. 14 for is not cheap for a personal takeout pizza but u can choose whatever toppings u like. pic attached. it came after around 10 min wait n it looks good. unfortunately its taste was totally bland. i guess since they dont have any idea how many toppings the customer will choose, they give u a little bit of each topping chosen n if u dont know any better n ask for double or triple of some ingredients then the pizza would be bland tasting. l will give it one more try by doubling on some ingredients n see how it taste. read more

Pi Co, how do I describe this. It's good, but it's a Walmart blaze. The price for the make it yourself pizza is high, which is fine, just simply not when the employees remind you that you get a limited supply of toppings. I recently went to Pi Co and I was ordering something unusual. I wanted a pizza that was meaty and cheesy, so that's what I ordered. I ordered every cheese and every meat. I felt like he was intentionally putting less on my pizza. I counted the pepperoni, there was five. HOW DOES THAT ADD UP CAUSE IVE NEVER EATEN A PIZZA WITH FIVE SLICES. On the topic of slices, why is a quarter of the fucking pizza a slice, it's simply too big and too much to hold, it becomes messy sloppy and just simply ruins the experience. Aside from all of this the man behind the counter decided it was important to remind me that I would continuously get less toppings the more I order, I know that, a pizza can't be 5 fucking pounds. Finally, I'm not sure how anyone can be this backwards, but a very simple, VERY SIMPLE part of cooking pizza, is that you let the pizza rest before you cut it. They take it out of the oven and instantly slice into it. All the ingredients scattered across the pizza. I know I'm not acting stupid because PIZZA NOVA does that, PIZZA NOVA. Went there yesterday for PiDay. Line was extremely long which is normal for PiDay at all pizza places with $3.14 prices. I see about 50 people lined up and I go to the end and lined up. About half way of standing in line which is about 30-40 minutes I made way for people to go in and out of the food court since there is space between two pillars, and thus decided to not follow the man in front of me so people can walk in and out without having people in line to constantly move for them. Suddenly this middle aged women comes with a stroller 2 kids, and other family members, so I assumed they were walking through to the foot court seating area, but instead she turned to me and said my daughter went to look for me in the mall and was in line the whole time earlier. I said excuse me? Like I've been in line the entire 30 minutes behind the man in front of me, and decided that it would be convenient for people to walk in and out if I gave space, not just people like you can lie and cut in line. It was obvious that she was lying as her daughter has a cellphone and she had other family members present as well. At this point there was 20-25 people behind me and the man which was in front of me looked a bit puzzled as if to say why did you let her cut you like that. But the women just ignored me and stayed in line. I guess I wouldn't have considered it to be that big of a deal, but only herself stood in line, and then went it came to customizing pizza at front, she called her other family members to come and get a pizza too, which was a total of 5 pizzas. I mean come on, there's a reason people stand in line for stuff and it's one a person. I did not want to call her out as she had a child with her, and I could see that the employees were like annoyed to some degree as well. Most importantly it was unfair to the rest of the people lining behind me as this basically made them wait another 10 minutes longer than the 45+ minute wait that they were waiting for already. This could have easily been solved with line dividers and just cut off the part where the pillars were and stretch it all the way, making sure there was no way someone would cut, or at best one person cutting in line with their friend or something, not the whole family. read more
