    14" Scoreboard Way
    Michael B.

Local sports pub with plenty of TV's to watch the games. Tried the pizza done the "Scoreboard way" (loaded) & it was VERY good! Service was a little slow at first, but our server was present without hovering later. Worth checking out if you're in the area.

    Great pizza!

Solidly delicious pub pizza here at Scoreboard. Crisp, thin crust. The half with toppings (for my son - I'm the lame-o plain cheese guy) was to his liking. My half was delicious, too. Sauce was not sweet, rather good tomatoey richness. Couple this with a large dining room/bar area, friendly staff, TouchTunes, and Ohio lottery. This is a strong choice for a shopping center restaurant bar - if I lived closer, this would be a nice zip in-zip out place to stop for a decent thin pie. Lots o' other food choices, too. Onward!

We stop in here occasionally because our friends live down the street and it's their go to hang out spot. The staff is always good and the drinks are always good. This was the first time we had ever tried the food. The pizza was actually pretty good. I'd get it again! Good crust, good toppings. Good flavor. The place is big. Two really good sized bars. Lots of TVs. Was a good place to hang out and watch a game.

Never had a bartender stand in front of us watching us fill out the credit card receipt. (Intensely staring). It was slightly awkward. There's 2 bars inside, lights turned all the way up and the sound, was a basketball game, turned all the way up. 2nd bartender, Ethan, was personable, polite and knew what he was doing. Surround sound was turned down - I could finally hear him talking to us, lights turned down and the food...The meal was delicious. As far as fried food.. if you're gonna do , be the best at it!! And they are. Fantastic. Only complaint was cold marinara with the mozzarella sticks. That should never happen.. A must try will definitely eat here again

Another new restaurant = another new Reuben. This was outside my top 5, yet a very good sandwich. The marble rye was toasted perfectly, what this sandwich was missing was content. May have been one of the skimpiest portions of corned beef that I have had in some time. Flavor was very good though. Fries we good, service was a little slow but I believe our waitress was new. We will stop again.

Have to say this has become one of our favorites for casual dining with amazing food. Drove to…read moredowntown Delaware and found easy parking on the street (there are also nearby lots). Backstretch is super casual (given Ohio Wesleyan is nearby - its almost a college/town bar) but great to come in a sit at the bar or one of their booths. It isnt big, maybe 15-20 bar stools and 12 booths and 1-2 tables. This time we picked a booth and a great server (Jacobi) helped us right away. Fun part of backstretch is the staff. Servers are friendly, you can watch the cooks prepare your food, and they have a full bar. Note they dont have many draft beer options, but servers tried hard to get us something we liked. Food here is fresh off the grill and tastes like home cooked food - from their Reuben(which was amazing) to Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich (has kick but so good) - you cant go wrong. This time we added Tots, Mac and Cheese, and the Deviled eggs (most sandwiches are served with a deviled egg - tasty). We also tried Jacobi recommendation of Hencock Tots - wing sauce - cheese and bacon. Should have just made that my meal. Amazing. They dont take reservations but unless there is an event in downtown, you can usually walk in for dinner. This was our third visit in 60 days! Ready to go back - thanks Jacobi for a fun night and see you all soon.

The bread itself also had an alcohol taste to it- maybe it's the batch as the last time I had it I couldn't taste it but this time I may not pass a breathilizer from it alone I had the RBW Burger and the aioli was tasty. The pickles were unlike any I've had before- like the thing between a pickle and a cucumber. The wait staff were nice! The volume was pretty standard for a bar. Only gave it a four because the food can be inconsistent between visits. (Last time the fries were way too salty and this time they were perfect- also the bread)

I had the RBW Sloppy Joe- Chorizo, BBQ sauce, cheese and onion petals on a pretzel bun! This sandwich is to die for!! I will be making this at home if I can figure out the right mix. My wife had the Mexican salad with chicken and she said that it was awesome. I also tried two of their beers and a cider. First I had the Delicious which is a light wheat beer, very refreshing. Second was the Webrewedabeertogether which was a Bock, great tasting dark beer and then I tried the Eat a peach cider, also light and refreshing.

The table was absolutely disgusting- see pic! We asked for sanitizer and he said he would bring it back and never bought it back. We have an immunocompromised child and cannot risk her eating off a dirty table. I had to go to bathroom to get a paper towel and soap and wash my own table off. Why??? The town of Delaware is bustling but no one is in here! Obviously there is a reason! I saw a few employees in the banquet area eating pizza. Where is everyone?? Oh they are in the back! An employee in the hallway seemed dumbfounded when I asked her for sanitizer. She finally bought it to my table. The place is dead. The place is unkept. Bathroom stalls with no trash can liners. The list could go on and on. Health department needs to pay a visit and have a come to Jesus talk with this joke of an establishment. Definitely need to have an employee meeting to discuss hygiene and etiquette so customers can have an enjoyable meal without having an asthma attack triggered by an employee. Never again!

My one meat meal went from $15 to $18 which would be all well and good if I was given more than one piece of brisket. The brisket was dry. The best part was the burnt piece at the top of it. And by no means is this a compliment! The macaroni and cheese was a pure disappointment. It was runny and kind of like a box of Kraft Macaroni and cheese. BBQ places are known for their thick and creamy Mac and cheese, but not at Hank's. The 1/2 chicken meal was not great but good. Not moist but not completely overcooked. The atmosphere is loud and you can't hear a conversation if sitting in the dining area. Heather our server was attentive. We have no issues with our service. She wasn't back there over cooking our meal.
