He answered all my questions and was quick to respond with answers to my additional questions after our call. Anton was very easy to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. On the day of the treatment, Carlos and Micheal called prior to their arrival and when they arrived, they were very friendly, patient and thorough. I was very impressed with their professionalism and they made sure every aspect of the process was complete to our satisfaction. i was very excited and hopeful about this product and the prospect of a chemical-free method of keeping scorpions out of my home. unfortunately, the averzion tape that was applied degraded quite a bit over the past year and a half, and yellowed/turned brown over time, as well as peeling and bubbling in areas. it turned the new paint job on my home into an eyesore, and trapped/attracted dirt. it also damaged the paint and stucco in the areas where it was bubbling and trapping dirt, so necessitated removal, causing even more damage. this flawed product will likely cost me thousands of dollars in stucco repair/powerwash/repaint, not to mention the thousands of dollars spent having the product applied in the first place. what's even worse? it NEVER prevented scorpions from entering my home. i was told by aaron that it needed time to work, because scorpions can live for over a year, and some might have already been trapped in my walls when the tape was first applied. but it's been a year and a half, and i am still getting scorpions in my home. i tried being patient, but this was a very costly fail. i cannot in good faith recommend this company or this method of scorpion control to anyone. i would hate to think that my original positive review might sway someone to hire this company. please learn from my expensive mistake and look for other avenues if you have a scorpion problem and loved ones you are trying to protect. read more

Worked for the first few months. Now I have a yellow tone on my foundation. Recently it started bubbling too. Scorpions are having no problem going over the barrier anymore. Just found two scorpions in our home. Company has ghosted us. Stay away from this product. read more

It may be because my house is stucco (I'm guessing the resultant surface was probably still too bumpy to prevent effectiveness). Maybe they can fix that with further development and wouldn't be an issue on smoother siding. The product also discolored and looked terrible, however I'm told that issue has been resolved. Based on their integrity I believe that to be true. They restored my house back to it's original look. However I'm overall very impressed with the company. They handled things with integrity and staff were conscientious and did a good job. They were responsive when handling any issues I had and all is resolved. read more

This review is solely based off customer service, as I haven't had a chance to experience the product. We set up an appointment for Friday Sep 30th for a quote between 10am-12. Received a text at 9:48am from The tech stating he has to reschedule for Monday same time as he is out sick. Monday comes around and 10-12 comes and goes and no one shows up, called the office at 1235 and the gal said she will find out what's going on and call me back in 5 (she also only showed we were scheduled Friday, not Monday) she never called back, and about 1pm He shows up. He gives us a quote and we let me him our builder was coming by Tuesday as they have paint touch ups to do before we can get this barrier done. Informed him once we find out we will schedule. Tuesday (10/4) I messaged The tech and let him know we want to schedule for the brick wall asap as that's where our main issue is, but that once we find out the paint for the house situation we will schedule that as it may be awhile per our builder. At the end of the day he replied, a message that happened to be to the wrong customer, then said he'd get back to me tomorrow when he can look at the schedule. Thursday (10-6) comes around and I haven't heard anything so I reach out to ask if he got a chance to look at the schedule, he doesn't reply tell end of day Friday (10/7) saying "sorry my manger had a family and is expected back Monday. I will get back to you asap" so assuming he meant family emergency, okay but we've been waiting days now. Monday comes around, nothing. Tuesday I tried calling the office, they answered and hung up, then wouldn't answer the rest of the day. Wednesday (10/12) reach out to the tech for an update, no response. Today, Thursday 10/13 I tried calling again with no answer. Basically 2 weeks of BS from this company, it's super unfortunate they are the only ones who do this barrier as I'm sure they use it to their advantage read more

The young men who came to do the job were pleasant and on time. Since we had this done earlier this year, we've had three scorpions in our house and have found some in our garage. This is not a stand alone pest control. Why? The scorpions come in thru the garage, where nothing has has been applied. Unfortunately, we are back to an exterminator. read more

When it comes to scorpions, I mean the worst that Arizona has to offer, these guys do a stand up job. Highly recommended by my wife and I.

My initial review would have been 5 stars HOWEVER, not for their reapplication. The warranty on my initial application expired in May, they came out in April and needed to reapply - great, I'm glad they did that. I still paid for the service call, but I was ok with that. Fast forward 5 months later and I notice it's bubbling in places on my foundation. I called and was told it would cost me $300 for them to come back out since my warranty expired in May - meaning their application in April came with no warranty at all, or I should say was only good for 1 month. The person who answered the phone tried to tell me it's the same as a car warranty - but I'm fairly certain if I need a new part, it comes with a warranty and doesn't expire when the original car warranty expires! Horrible way to back up your product - it shouldn't matter if it's the first application or 2nd application, it should be warrantied! read more

I usually don't write a review but they went above and beyond for me. They did a great job on my house. It's not noticeable at all and I've gone out at night with a black light and no longer see the scorpions on my walls. I have a ton of scorpions on my property and already have had the house sealed but it wasn't working as the scorpions kept climbing through literally any opening. Even with pest control it wasn't fully stopping them. So far I haven't seen any scorpions inside since the treatment. They really stand behind their work as they will come back if there are any issues or concerns and really just want to make sure your scorpion free. read more

Scorpions be gone!! My husband and I purchased a new house and the previous owner disclosed that she had seen a handful of scorpions inside the home over the 4 years she had lived there. I've lucked out in that in living in the valley for 12 years, I haven't had any encounters but unfortunately when we were in the backyard of the new place we saw a couple creeping on the block wall and started looking for a solution immediately before we moved in. We handle our own insecticide with Cy-Kik spray but until the scorps figured out the food supply was dwindling we didn't want them getting into the house. We were searching on YouTube and saw a video from a special segment on Channel 3 (I think?) with Scorpion Repel. It's hard to not be intrigued when they're doing demonstrations with one of their guys standing barefoot on a block that had been treated with their product in a tank full of scorpions. I put in a quote request on their site and got a call from Christian, one of the owners, the next day. He was very friendly, happy to explain how the product works and able to give me a quote based off the house footprint right over the phone! On the day of our appointment, Justin showed up promptly with the crew, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a walk through with me to explain solutions for our particular layout and bam! they set to taping and laying paper and got right to work! Everyone was swift but thorough and they made sure to apply the product in a continuous boundary along the house so as to now allow a breach point for them to start scaling the house. Relief!! Shortly after, Christian sent me a text to see if I felt everything went ok and if I had any questions! Customer service like that is unfortunately scarce these days but it is so important in building confidence between consumer and provider, and I feel totally confident that they will be available to answer any questions or concerns we may have down the road to make sure their customers are taken care of.
