We paid a down payment to secure the work. The crew arrived approximately an hour later than the scheduled time and did not complete the job as outlined in the written contract. Despite the contract not being fulfilled, they repeatedly harassed my family at our residence, refused to leave until they received full payment, and threatened to bring back all of the items they had hauled away during the prior day's work if payment was not made. If the job was going to cost more than the quoted amount, that should have been communicated honestly and upfront before any payment was collected or work began. Pressuring a family at their home under these circumstances was completely unprofessional. I strongly recommend that QuikTrip Hauling provide accurate quotes and be transparent about potential additional charges before starting a job. Based on our experience, this felt misleading and coercive. Proceed with caution!!

We loved that they charged in 15 minute increments instead of have to pay a whole hour if they are over 5 minutes. They were on time and worked so fast but were very careful with all of our stuff. They paid attention to where everything was going. Placed them in the rooms we wanted and even where we wanted things to go. We have a modular couch that didn't fit how we wanted it in the new place and they moved it all around until we got it how we liked it. They were incredible and we appreciate them so much. They also arrived within the time window that was promised and would call when they're on the way and would provide an ETA also. None of my furniture was damaged and I give them props for moving all my heavy furniture up and down the stairs. Fair pricing and they don't waste your time to get an extra buck. Last Spring, they helped us move into our apartment. We were driving to AZ from another state and at around 3AM with 3 hours of driving left, we realized we were really going to need help to unload our U-Haul truck in about 9 hours. The guys met us at our apartment and unloaded our truck in the heat quick! We couldn't have done it without them, especially with the stairs! Today, Tyler and Todd helped us move some items from our self-storage. They must us with their truck, loaded, and drove to our house to unload. Friendly guys and handled our items with care. After we requested that our furniture be pad-wrapped for storage, we were charged $1,200 for 60 furniture pads at $20 each. Before work began, we were not given a written estimate stating the expected quantity or warning that wrapping could add approximately $1,200 to our bill. Our concern is not the wrapping itself, but the lack of transparency about the quantity and total material cost. A $20-per-pad price does not clearly communicate that approximately 60 pads may be used. A charge of this size should have been disclosed and approved in advance, rather than presented afterward as an unexpected surcharge. We asked Moving Team Six to review the charge and consider an adjustment, but did not receive the adjustment requested. Before hiring a moving company, get the expected material quantities, per-unit prices, total estimated costs, and approval process for additional charges in writing. This review reflects our experience and opinion. The lack of transparency and unexpected $1,200 surcharge made this experience particularly disappointing. I do not recommend hiring this company.
