This is a serious safety issue. I was also charged for a fuel pump replacement to fix a long startup issue. The problem was never resolved, and upon inspection, it does not appear that the fuel pump was replaced at all. I spent a significant amount of money trusting this shop to perform the repairs they invoiced. Unfortunately, the work either was not done correctly or not done at all. I would strongly recommend getting second opinions and verifying any work done here.

It has 202,000 miles and still runs great. This latest car we bought, like the previous, is in excellent mechanical and body condition. They show us all of the work put into it. We have bought used cars elsewhere and had nothing but trouble. Todd has brought his daughter into the business and she is just as kind, honest and excellent as Todd. I don't think I'd buy a car elsewhere. Even used cars are a big investment. Hooten's Mobile Mechanics replied within minutes; the other two, not for over 24 hours. After dealing with a finicky GPS, Shannon was there a half hour later.
