If I could give zero stars I would! Reporting to BBB I bought RV showed 43,000 miles EIS shows 212,000. He replaced the part and now everything is messed up in my dash and warranty won't cover because he did this. RV was bought not even a year ago for $68,000 not a small purchase. When called and emailed him in this he stated " RV is over 10 years old outside of the statute for wrong miles lawsuit"! BUYER BEWARE HE WILL NOT STANDBY WHAT HE SELLS!!

Everyone has bad days. Some people have bad weeks. Their cat just died. Their spouse left them. Their boss yelled at them... but there's no excuse to repeatedly F-bomb a customer over a lost sale. Sadly, that's what happened to me at Scott's RV in Vancouver, WA yesterday. [shortened due to Google review limit] Dan said they were working on getting all the details fixed so that I could get out of there that day, but I stopped him and said that I still had to do the test drive, then do paperwork with Scott's RV, and I'd planned on going to the bank the next day to sign the paperwork and get the check. Dan said, oh, we'll just do the paperwork tomorrow. To which I said that we still need to settle on a price. BBBZZZZZZ! Dan was surprised and asked what I meant. I told him that I had found comps and other data on the 2005 Fleetwood 37U, so wanted to talk numbers. He said something like "Um... are you thinking like, $1,000 or $2,000 lower?" I told him, there's currently the *exact same* RV on eBay and I had some printout of the other info as well. The same 2005 Fleetwood Expedition 37U on eBay with a 'Buy-It-Now' price of $46,500 has the *exact* same floor plan, but the paint was green (instead of brown,) the interior was a redwood (instead of pine,) the mileage was 39,000 (instead of 28,000,) the tires, the generator, the electronics, the brakes, the engine - everything was the same... except it was $8,500 less. PLUS, the NADA low book is $33,300 (the average NADA book is $40,150.) AND, a friend who sold RVs for 10+ years (but retired two years ago,) told me that RV dealerships very rarely pay anymore than 10% BELOW the LOW NADA book value (without add-ons!) So they likely paid around $30k for this unit. Of course, I didn't let on that I had this info. About 5 minutes later Dan came up to me and asked what price I was thinking. I handed him the printed sheets from NADA (showing the low and average price for that exact coach,) the other listing (for $46,500,) and the feature list of the other listing (which Scott's RV did not have for their listing.) I said we should start at the $46,500, and work through it to see where we ended up. Dan immediately suggested that the other coach was probably water damaged or had some other issues that the dealer wasn't sharing. I suggested he take the pages back to the boss to lookup the listing and check the NADA prices. He said he didn't need them, and headed back to the office. About 15 minutes later, he walked up to the table and put down a receipt for my $1,000 credit card refund, and kept walking. Apparently, they didn't want to negotiate in good faith. That was it. I said "Sorry we couldn't come to an agreement." And that's when poor Dan lost his mind. He turned around and started yelling at me: "B******T! YOU F******G WASTED MY TIME! YOU F******G TIED UP A COACH, KNOWING YOU WEREN'T GOING TO BUY IT! YOU'RE A F******G TIME WASTER! YOU COME WITH THIS B******T COACH ON EBAY THAT'S PROBABLY BEEN UNDER WATER AND IS DAMAGED TRYING TO GET A LOWER PRICE! YOU F*****G WASTED MY TIME!" I didn't raise my voice or get angry. I said "Dan, I'm sorry. I want to make a deal here." He walked out the front door a few steps, then came back in and continue berating me "NOW I HAVE TO F*****G SPEND ALL DAY ON THE PHONE CALLING PEOPLE BACK TO F*****G SELL THIS THING!" This time, I raised my voice and said "Dan, calm down. This is how it works. This is terrible customer service. Calm down." His response was this "YOU'RE NOT MY F*****G CUSTOMER! YOU DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ME! WHY SHOULD I CARE WHAT YOU THINK?!" To which I said, "Dan, I can still write reviews about this experience. This isn't good customer service." Again, bellowing at me, Dan says "WRITE ALL THE F*****G REVIEWS YOU WANT. WRITE A HUNDRED OF THEM, I DON'T F*****G CARE!" At that same time, the son of the owner of Scott's RV, who had been sitting on the couch nearby, laughed out loud and said "Yeah, write all you want."

This dude is rude, avoid at all costs.

We brought our RV in for service last year. They stole our water pump. The pump had been working…read moreperfectly fine but they told us it was failing and that they replaced the water pump for "free". They didn't put it on the invoice and told us not to mention it. Since then the new water pump doesn't hold pressure and fails constantly. But since there is no record of them switching out the water pump we can't do anything about it. Super shady thieves!

I tried this RV center service department for the first time, in January of this year. I needed…read morerepairs on my 5th-wheel trailer. The awning had been bent in a wind storm, the rooftop A/C units weren't working, my electric heat on my water heater wasn't working and I needed a pre-season check up on my trailer before camping. I came in also because of a 10% discount coupon on parts and labor. I forgot to drop off the coupon when I delivered the trailer. When I realized this I called the service department and was told it was OK to bring it in when I picked up the trailer. McCord ordered parts for my awning, determined my A-C units were fine and I just needed new thermostats. They replaced the electric switch on my water heater, and made other minor repairs. I am very pleased with the repairs. HOWEVER, I forgot to bring my coupon out of my truck and present it when I picked up the trailer and paid the full amount for the repairs. ONLY right afterwards as driving home with the trailer, did I remember again that I didn't present the coupon. I rushed back and spoke to the service department representative. He tried, but said I was too late and couldn't get the discount because it wasn't presented before charging the final invoice. SUCH FRUSTRATION and LOSS OF SAVINGS because I didn't get the coupon to them in time. That's the only sour thing about my experience. I figure I lost over $200.00 because of that. UPDATE!! McCord's Service Department just called and they just figured out how to rectify my problem and refund the coupon value back to me. Big Kudos to McCord's Service Department for sticking with it and coming to a very happy resolution for me.

Reposting: Terrible communications, does not return phone calls or emails (personnel, management or…read morecustomer care). Chips and damage to brand new RV not disclosed by salesman after requesting inspection. Sales Manager used the F word in describing how badly salesman messed up. Manager was arrogant and argumentative. Hidden extra costs and fees after agreeing to have none. No follow through on spare wheel/tire/carrier. No follow through on missing items in the RV. Manufacturer rebate not applied for by JRV even after they said they did (twice). They messed up the registration and title as our RV would have been titled in another buyer's name. No battery test report received as promised. Incorrect information from finance manager on theft prevention program. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Their "Mission and Values" statements are a joke. Update: In addition to the above: All tires were overinflated and one inside dually tire was completely flat. After one month, the EcoFlow power station needed to be replaced. Now, (have not even used the van yet) half our interior lighting does not work. I also discovered after contacting Mercedes and Winnebago that my dealer (Johnson RV Sandy) was supposed to complete a form "Delayed Warranty Form" as per Winnebago Service Bulletin 7SB009-23-02A. I was told to contact them to complete this form so that my proper warranty start date (date of purchase) would update with Mercedes. I reluctantly called Johnson RV and requested that this form be filed (it takes all of 5 minutes on-line). After another call, messages and no return calls, I gave up! Luckily for me, Winnebago and my Mercedes shop got everything fixed. Johnson RV is a failure.

My recent experience with my sales guy was very refreshing. He explained why they are not like used car salesmen and proceeded to show mw what they had while determining my needs, then began to show me coaches more and more to my liking. Long story, short, he helped me find the best coach for me. I am a long time, full time, seasoned RV'er. I know what I want and I know what to look for. I'm very pleased with my interaction with Scott's RV. They met every promise without hesitation and actually did more than expected. It did take a while, but RV's are complex. They want to do it right, not right now. Most or all of their low ratings are from people who want it now, and become upset because it will take another day or two to do it right. I give these guys four and a half stars, but Yelp doesn't have a half star choice.

I would say it wasn't spotless when we picked it up but I was going to clean anyway. We brought the RV home set it up in our carport put the slides out to start getting is cleaned and set up, two days later the slides wouldn't go back in. Called Scotts they send a guy to our house and he got the slide to go back in, he said put them out and every few hours run them in and out. By evening it wasn't working again. 3 days after we bought our first RV and the hydraulics are gone. Scott came out to the house and they got the slides in and took it back to the shop where with constant prompting we finally got it fixed after 6 weeks. We did buy it AS IS and Scott's worked with us and didn't charge us for labor just the parts to fix it. I know things take time but we would be told they were getting the part "this afternoon and it will be ready tomorrow". It didn't get done until we stopped calling and starting dropping in to check on it. I'm not exactly sure what else was going on but when we got the information they sent to the lender we were working with they had indicated our bus had several high end options that are not there. So far we have been really happy with our choice but don't feel their service was up to par. Update.... on April 19, 2018 said RV caught fire and burned
