The Diner is just off Apopka Vineland Road and I must say conveniently accessible and located many other touristy spots. The Diner is just different and truly gives you The Breakfast Experience. They are open only until early afternoon. The servers are many and are always ready to refill your coffee and take your order. Very attentive and make sure the customer leaves happy. I truly love the fresh blueberries served up with my extra crispy Belgian waffle. They also have the most amazing juice, Citrus Peach and the most amazingly tastiest chicken sausage around town. Make sure to stop by and check them out!

This place was so good that we visited both days we were in town. I got the eggs Benedict both days. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and they were well seasoned. The Benedict had the best balance of toppings and the eggs were cooked to perfection. Even the bacon was crispy, but not overcooked. It wasn't fatty either. The iced lattes were delicious too and a nice treat. Servers were super friendly. Sunday there was a wait, but it went fairly quickly and they have a waitlist online that you can track your progress. During the week on a Monday we were seated right away.

Food has great flavor. You need to order the waffles they are delicious!! Super friendly staff and great service. The location is perfect very close to the parks and the restaurant is super clean.

Yelp Review: The Diner - Orlando, FL We stopped into The Diner near Walt Disney World for a quick weekday brunch adventure. Tucked just off the freeway, parking was surprisingly easy for a Tuesday, always a win when you're balancing park plans and Florida heat! The vibe? Classic diner meets Florida flair. Service was...fine. Nothing magical, but not terrible either. The menu is decent has variety, and breakfast is served all day, which is always my love language. We went full brunch mode and ordered: * Boston Cream Pancakes - sweet, fluffy, and the Nutella drizzle was a whole moment. Think dessert-for-breakfast and absolutely worth it. * Beneffle - a creative twist on eggs Benedict using waffles instead of English muffins. Cool idea in theory, but in practice? Just so salty. Between the bacon, ham, and hollandaise, it was a salt bomb. Not my fave. The house potatoes had a nice spice blend...very unexpected, but a solid sidekick. Now the not-so-magical part: it was freezing in the restaurant. Like, bring-a-hoodie kind of cold. Within minutes, our food went from hot to hypothermic, which definitely dulled the experience. I'm not here for brunch with a side of frostbite. Overall, The Diner was fine, creative menu, okay service, and solid sweet options. But unless you're craving pancakes with personality and don't mind dining in a walk-in freezer, I wouldn't call it a must-visit. Cute concept, but more meh than magic.

First visit, selected due to location and short lunch break, and was glad it was enjoyed by both of us. Breakfast & Lunch menu were available all day, prices very reasonable and portions were generous. I enjoyed the Turkey club, lots of flavor! Favorite was the thin wedge fries, served warm, crispy, and great side with sandwich.

Tried this place after it popped up near the Hilton I was staying at and figured it'd be worth checking out. We were quoted a 45-minute wait, so we went over to Bora Bora in the same shopping center to grab coffee while we waited--great spot by the way, super clean and excellent service. About 50 minutes later, we got the notification our table was ready and headed back. Once seated and ready to order, we were told we had to throw away our $10 coffees from the other place. The server even called the manager, who confirmed it. After waiting nearly an hour, being told to toss drinks we just paid for before we could even order is unacceptable. I got up and walked out. Really disappointing experience.

I visited @ The Diner for the first time while in town on vacation, and it did not disappoint! It's tucked at the end of a small shopping center with plenty of parking. We had about a 15-minute wait, which was totally reasonable for a late morning visit. Our server, Quay, was friendly and attentive. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything we ordered was delicious. Some of our table favorites were the Tex Mex Omelette, iced caramel latte, and the create-your-own breakfast. Portions were generous, and the prices were really affordable for the amount of food we got. Bonus points for the music playing in the restaurant! I caught myself dancing a little in my seat while eating.

Do NOT sleep on this spot! Expect a bit of a wait no matter the day or time but it's 100% worth it. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful & beautifully prepared. The coffee came out piping hot which was highly welcomed as we jumped into the Disney Half Marathon weekend. The steak & eggs were spot on & cooked exactly to our preferred temperature. The Chocolate Dubai waffles were next-level decadence, perfect for sharing w/2-4 people! The best part is that the pistachio & chocolate are layered between the slices, giving you a sweet, crunchy bite every single time. The eggs Benedict were perfectly assembled & the house potatoes were cooked thoroughly & ideally crispy on the outside finish. Can't wait to come back the next time we're in town an absolute must try!

This place was amazing. My friends and I perused the menu on our wait (oddly there were empty tables and no other people when we entered but a group did show....) but by time we sat we knew exactly what we were splitting. The Dubai waffle (not sure anyone could eat the whole thing), bacon benny, and the steak and eggs. The coffee is strong (lavazza) and the food was incredible. We wanted to come back for every meal.

A really delicious spot to eat breakfast food. Everything was so good! I got the breakfast platter with three eggs, grits, toast, home fries, chicken sausage and boston cream pancakes. The boston cream pancakes were the highlight of the meal. It was creamy and had the perfect amount of toppings on it. The pancake was buttery. I would have gone back if there was time on our trip. There were so many other unique flavors I wanted to try on my pancake. Well, I guess next time!

Date of visit: March 3, 2025 Oh Yelpers, why did you steer me so wrong? We needed a place to hit on our way to the airport on our last day in the Orlando area and this eatery was along the "avoiding the tolls" route and was highly-rated, but this was not a great experience and I wish I had chosen a different restaurant as it was a sour note on an otherwise great trip. We were "greeted" by Kenzie and served by Leina. Leina was friendly enough but did a poor job of explaining charges for the meal: I ordered the Cinnamon Swirl Combo listed on the board outside but after receiving the bill, found that the $0.50/egg surcharge was added to the price. I understand and support the surcharge but we would you add this on top of the price listed on your daily specials board when it's not actually on the menu? Just say it's $18.99. Then I asked for cheese on my scrambled eggs and that was a $1.29 surcharge that was not mentioned. Given that price, I would have expected my eggs to be drowning in cheese but that was not the case--there was no need for a life jacket here! In fact, most of my mal was potatoes that I did not care for. They were very oniony and cold, not even room temperature, cold. My french toast was decent, but small for the price. Adding to the meal was a show as Kenzie made snide comments to Leina throughout the meal. #goodtimes

    Boston cream pancakes

Food was plentiful! I got a sort of mixture of what they have to offer. I wanted the chicken and biscuits with gravy then saw they had hot honey for the waffles. What did I do? I asked for hot honey and gravy on the side. I had both! Since there are four tenders and two biscuits split there was enough for two meals. My son had the notion cream pancakes and left overs came home. We did wait a little bit for our food but what do you expect on a Saturday morning with a popular restaurant? Waitress was awesome! Will go back again when in the area.

Not ideal when you're starving, but once we got to the table, the experience really picked up. The staff was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us often throughout the meal. I ordered the Tractor Driver Combo to share, and it was more than enough food for two people (honestly, probably could have fed three!). We went with scrambled eggs, bacon, added a side of turkey sausage, and a vanilla waffle--everything was delicious and cooked just right. One small thing that stood out was that someone came around taking photos of our table and offered to sell them to us at the end. However, it is quite fun, when we got there on a Saturday night, they were having a Taylor Swift look alike performance. I absolutely loved it. It turned out it was happening every hour so we were able to watch her perform twice. They also had someone selling jewelry and an artist painting, overall it is such a fun vibe. If you want a standard table, you need to make a reservation, I made a reservation like 15 minutes before and they only had outdoor seating and high tops available. We chose a high top and it was fine. They do have a kids menu so my son was able to order a cheese pizza with a side of fries and the other one ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side of fruit. On the kids menu it says cheese quesadilla but he really wanted chicken, I was surprised the chicken was a bit spicy. He ate a couple bites and then asked for his own cheese pizza after seeing his brothers. All the plates are meant to be shared so they come out whenever they're ready. My older son's cheese pizza came out immediately and then my younger son's chicken quesadilla came out after all our food had been delivered. I think this is what made him want a cheese pizza because he didn't have his own meal for majority of the time we were eating. When we finally ordered his cheese pizza it then took a long time to come out. I'm guessing it's because it's woodfired and his pizza was behind a ton of other pizzas whereas with my older son we must've ordered at a good time. My absolute favorite dish was the marinated cucumbers. It was a light and delicious. It reminds me of what I find at a Japanese restaurant. I also got the butter chicken, it was OK. I didn't find the chicken super tender so I would skip it next time. We also got the maple glazed chicken wings. I found the breading to be overly salty. I ended up taking off all of the breading and my younger son ate a ton of the chicken. I would skip it next time. We got the steak skewers, which were pretty delicious. Again didn't love it so probably would get something else next time. My husband did not like his ribs so he definitely should skip that next time. So overall, the food was OK, but my kids absolutely destroyed their pizza and I love the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving this place four stars. I see that it has great potential. If parking is a problem, I recommend parking at icon park and walking because it's about five minutes away. Our server was super nice, she was a bit slow, but she also had a giant table next to us, which could've contributed to that. I would definitely come back. I enjoyed our experience here.
