Initially they did good work in putting in new screens on my windows less than a year ago. However, the recent storm that came through ripped off one of the screens. I called and left them a message, because they never answer their phones. I gave my info on the message and then asked if there was a warranty or if they could come and replace it and I would pay for it. No response. Left a second message, still no response. I am now in search of another company that actually answers their phones or returns calls before my HOA fines me for the missing screen. read more

I told the initial technician I wanted both insect protection and solar protection, but no one explained that solar screens do not act as insect screens, are installed only on the exterior, or that I would need two separate screens. The solar screens were installed outside while my old, damaged insect screens were left inside without my knowledge. When I called to ask why my ripped up screens were left, Kendra told me I should have walked upstairs to check before the tech left and if I wanted them out I would have had to have asked. I explained I was downstairs with my baby and didn't know I would need to do that. She laughed at me and told me she's a mom of 3 under 3 and she would have gone upstairs. She told me 99% of people don't have this issue understanding the difference between the screens. When I told her I didn't feel like I had informed consent about what I was getting and how it was being installed, she laughed at me and asked if I even know what informed consent meant. One window was also never completed because they said the ladder couldn't be placed on uneven ground -- I later learned they assumed measurements for that window and made the screen based on assuming it was the same size as another window without telling me it might not be serviceable. The way she spoke to me made me more upset than anything else. But having my ripped up screens left inside the solar screens is very frustrating. I keep getting automated emails and text messages from them asking for a positive review and referrals. So out of touch. read more

I wanted bug screens for two windows, I scheduled an install with a 4 hour window. The installer showed up 30 minutes after the 4 hour window. He installed the screens but I had another appointment. When I returned , I found the screens done but they didn't fit correctly. Photo attached. I called them back and had 3 different installers say they weren't installed right and could remake them or they recommend something different. They all said they didn't have the parts and I would need to reschedule. I've scheduled 3 appointments over the past 2 months and 3 different installers and still have the original screens that don't fit. The last installer said they would call me for another appointment, that's been two weeks ago. I rated them a 3 for being mobile but they don't carry the parts they need to fix issues. UPDATE: They responded after my post. The manager came out and redid the screens. We discussed the issues with old windows and he did his best to make it work. I ordered window screens and a patio screen door from this company because they said they were able to do one with a doggie door. The salesman showed me a sample of their doggie door and it seem substantial. I never throught to ask to see the fittings that they used on the door. When the screens and patio door were installed I was shock at the hardware on the door. It was flimsy and very cheap looking and there was a wrinkle in the screen in a corner of the doggie door. The slot to secure the door when not in use was on the outside of the door with a heavy cardboard to secure it. A sticker on the cardboard said not to use it outside. This was not a cheap door but the lack of quality was so disappointing. The screens were fine, but that door was shocking. After calling office and talked to Kendra about she said she would call when someone could pick it up. I called Kendra to see if she had scheduled a pick up and she said management said it was a custom order and they would do nothing.. If you intend to do business with this company be aware quality is not a concern for this company. They are not interested in producing a quality product and certainly are not interested in customer satisfaction. read more

Kevin came out for a free consultation, was helpful, knowledgeable and informative without pressuring me into working with them. They built a custom screen door with a dog door to fit my enormous dogs, installed it with no mess, minimal time, and minimal disruption to the (very curious) dogs. After it was installed, Kevin and his assistant invested time in helping to train the dogs to use the door. I'm giving this company a one star, if there was a negative I would have selected that. Brian labar is not a nice person. I waited a week for a quote for 2 large window screens. His office sends me an email stating he will arrive between 2:15p - 2:45p. I went to lunch got back a little before 2p. I get a text, no call stating he was here at 1pm then left to anthem. I responded saying I was here at the agreed upon time he says he has a 4 hour window which was not noted any where. The tone of his text was arrogant. Really a 4 hour window! I can only imagine what he would have been like if he actually met his obligation to be here at the agreed upon time. Do not use him, I am sure there would be problems with his work. Maybe he should find work where his arrogance doesn't matter! read more

This review is for the Glendale Screen mobile. There is also a Scottsdale one, I believe. Same chain, so presumably same policies, but my work was done by Glendale. I'm extremely happy with my new patio. It looks great! I took the guidance of the installers and went with swing out doors instead of sliders due to leveling issues with my pavers and they were spot on. My patio is supposed to serve as, not only a living space for my family but also, a "catio" for my pets. I opted for the nano screen type that is supposed to be a bit more pet friendly, although they say that all the screens are pretty strong. One of my pets is a little wild and crazy and I was concerned he would tear the screens out. Sure enough, within days he saw a plant close the to screen and climbed up the screen to get the plant. The screen survived and there is not even a tiny nick in the screen! That alone makes me ecstatic, knowing my pets will not get out and my screens will stay pretty and intact. Kudos guys. read more
