After speaking with Larissa (plz forgive me if I did not hear your name correctly?), I could understand the reason for so many positive Yelp reviews. "Larissa" was professional, knowledgeable and understanding to what I needed done as far as having a screen repaired asap. Wow, can't say enough about these guys. I'm allergic to mosquito bites (don't worry, I'll spare you photos!) so needed some real good screens on bedroom windows in an older house. Came home from work last night and went to inspect the screens and I couldn't see them. I thought "great, I've been ripped off!?" But upon closer inspection, the screens were there, they were just so well blended into the old window frames you can't even tell they're there!! Not only that, but upon being told that I was allergic and needed extra tight security, Jason somehow sealed around the edges so that not even a sneaky skeeter will be able to crawl through the gaps... and the cranks on the windows are still fully operational. I was originally going to make my own screens but was warned against them by the salesman at the hardware store, saying they're very hard to make fit exactly. He sent me to another store that would make them for me (but not install them). Then I found Jason online, and it was only about $15 more per screen (including installation) than having them made at a store where I'd have to go and order them, then go and pick them up and hope they fit etc. Plus, the store's lead time was 1 weeks, Jason fitted these about 4 days after we contacted him!! My sliding patio door lock is so old and wasn't locking unless we slam it closed a few times and we had to almost lift up the whole door before being able to open it. And I had no idea how to replace it myself since it's such an old lock. I called locksmith and he told me it's too old to replace it. So I called Jason to see if he could replace it.
