This location is the worst of all scrub a dub. It's the smallest of all the other location. The wash isn't as good because of the short washing that you get here. The back of the car is always dirty unless the Attendent scrub it well before going thru. I had the monthly unlimited wash so I have tried and wash a lot of differ location from this company. I do appreciate the fact they have towels for you to dry and wipe down your dirty car with. Window cleaning solution for self serve is great. read more

I've been to three Scrub A Dubs (Natick, Roslindale and this one) and the Brookline location seems to have the best wash as well as the happiest, most helpful employees. They keep the line moving and there never seems to be much of a wait, at least when I go. I have the monthly unlimited subscription so it's important to me that going to the car wash is fast and convenient, which this one is. Thank you. read more

ScrubaDub, Brookline has consistently been a disappointing car wash. My car, a large SUV, often does not come clean after the wash because they do not give it a good prewash before sending the car through the wash. They leave us with squeegees and rags for us to clean our cars OURSELVES after paying for it to be professionally cleaned. I have never seen that before at a car wash. If I am paying for it to be washed I should not need to then get out of my car afterwards and wipe swaths of dirt and soap bubbles off. But the worst by far was Jan 20th 2018 when my car was very dirty from Vermont. I went to get it washed, the line was long but I didn't mind waiting. I got the most expensive car wash option because of how gross the outside of my car was but what ensued next was shocking. My car and I were placed in the car wash with not one but two other cars not more than two feet apart with me in the middle. This caused an obvious problem towards the end of the car wash when it was time to move out of the car wash. The first car didn't move fast enough causing me and the following car to roll too close. Definitely not how a car wash should be run, very dangerous, and not appropriate especially when who knows if we all asked for the same type of car wash. I do NOT recommend SCRUBADUB if you want to keep your car in SAFE condition. read more

It was a very long wait for the interior. I waited for about an hour and if I hadn't prepaid I would not have waited an hour to have the interior done. It was kind of expensive and I was charged for multiple items I was unsure if. Luckily, an employee refunded me on whatever the extra unnecessary charges were. Wasn't happy with the charges nor the wait time although the interior did come out very nice. read more

My favorite place to get my car washed. Efficient and friendly. More than once they've done extra power washing to get bird doo and stuff off the car. Today I found the rear wiper missing after the wash and they stopped the line to look for it. When they couldn't find it, they replaced it which totally surprised me. read more

I think people are disappointed with scrub a dub because it's not a full service wash. I drive for one (or maybe two) of those evil ride share companies, so I need to wash my car a lot (tax deductible). I pay like $40 a month, for their second highest level wash, and I can go 8 times a day if I want - it's totally worth it. If one were to buy this wash straight up, it would be about $20. When you exit their drive through car wash there isn't a group of guys waiting to dry you off but I actually prefer that; I don't want 20 hands on my car using old dirty/scratch towels like most washes do. In closing, if you need to wash your car regularly, and don't mind doing a little work, this place is for you. I can say nothing about their interior services, I handle that on my own as well - I'm so cool! read more

VERY UPSET So, in a lapse of judgment I decided to buy a ScrubaDub Groupon from three "Works" washes for $22. I wash my car every weekend, both inside and out, and I usually go to the ScrubaDub in Brighton where you wash it yourself. This seemed like a great deal, so I figured "what the hell", I could save myself sometime on the way home from work and just go through the car wash. On my way home from work on Sunday morning on March 16th I used my first of the washes and drove home. As soon as I got to my house I took out my microfiber drying cloth from my truck and began wiping the remaining water off. As I approached the hood I saw 10-15 semicircular scratches all uniform in direction moving up the right side of my hood from the grill about 2 ft in length. Infuriated, I called ScrubaDub and set up an appointment with the manager the following day. As I walked through the damage with the manager he didn't seem to care much about the damage and said I should hear back about a decision in 5-15 business days. He admitted that the photos he was taking couldn't show the damage (clear coat scratches on a silver car), and in the "managers notes" section of the report all he wrote was "customer claims car wash scratched his hood". It's now Saturday, and I receive a letter in the mail from the Regional Manager (clearly a standardized letter for all the complaints they receive) apologizing for the damage along with two passes for an express wash, and telling me I should contact my insurance company about the damage . This letter is almost insulting; claiming they did some sort of inspection and that there they are not liable. Are you kidding me? This regional manager, has no idea what my car looks like (since the pictures couldn't show anything), and the report he received from the manager simply said "customer claims car wash scratched his hood". I WASH MY CAR BY HAND EVERY WEEKEND. I KNOW EVERY SQUARE INCH OF THIS CAR, EVERY SINGLE INPERFECTION. I had the entire left side repainted a month ago, and they went over the entire car and buffed out any scratches. Not only do I know that the car wash caused these scratches, but I know that ScrubaDub's review on my situation was inadequate at best, and they had no intention of fixing the issues they caused. Not only will I not be using the two passes they sent, but I won't use the remaining two car washes on my Groupon either, so I'm out the $22 and the cost to have a body shop fix my car. If you love your car, and baby it like I do, please do yourself a favor and wash it yourself. read more

Worst would be a complement, this place sucks big time. I payed $24 to get the best they had at the moment for exterior only, came out with dirt still on and residue or the red soup they use all over, plus had to use their disgusting towels to do some extra drying and used some of my own elbow grease to get those love bugs of my car which wasn't a good idea since the hot air blower made them stickier to my bumper. A rip off. I paid $10.50 for an exterior wash and no one power washed my car which resulted in bird crap still stuck to my car. And to top it off, no one wiped down my car after it went through the wash. I've had better service from car washes that charged $7-8 for an exterior wash. Total RIP OFF!!!! read more

Attitude and a lousy car wash. How are these people still in business? I wanted to rinse the salt off my car last week. I pulled in for a wash and me hipster a attendant got indignant when I didn't want an add-on package. Then another attendant hoses down my front corner panel. After paying I rode through the wash and the rest of my car didn't even get wet enough to rinse the salt off. The bird poop? Ha, I wish! Towel dry? You're dreaming. read more

Quick and easy way to keep my car clean! Really comes in handy to have the unlimited plan especially with all the driving that I do for work. The detailing services are also great at this location! A worker named Joel did an amazing job on a hand wax that I had applied to my car and he took care of small details to make sure the quality was at best. Went for exterior wash and paid an extra $4 for "tire shine". After the tunnel wash I assumed someone would apply tire shine. Wrong. Eventually I asked a staff member about the tires and was told the tire shine is "sprayed on during the tunnel wash" - what a joke. read more

I can't comment to the extrerior wash, but we had the $99 interior shampoo job the other day. I cannot believe what a great job they did. Having scrubbed at little patches myself, I know this would have taken me forever (ie, not ever gotten done). They must have gone at it with toothbrushes -- every last interior thing is clean again. This is an older, family car that had never had a thorough interior cleaning, so it was nasty. The only drawback is the strong smell of cleaner fluid, but hopefully that will dissipate soon. We live close and were able to just drop it off in the morning and pick it up at night. read more

It's ok for a quick basic clean but it doesn't remove all of the salt/dirt and doesn't come close to drying the exterior so you're left with water spots all over the car. Also, the interior service doesn't do a great job at wiping things down including the dashboard, console, and interior of the windows/windshield. The exterior wax option seems to do nothing. read more

RUDE RUDE RUDE!!The workers are rude and nasty. The prices are expensive and they did not take care to becareful with my car seat They were moving the seats and pushing it while it was buckled in. Great place! Got outdoor and indoor cleaning, the staff was great and super friendly, the quality was great.

Great carwash if you want your bumper destroyed. I drove in with a dirty car and an intact bumper, I drove out with a clean car and a cracked rear bumper. They blamed some scratches that were 3 years old as "prior damage" and then denied liability. I take pride in having a well maintained car and was treated as if I was trying to scam them. This is dishonest and bad business. I will never spend another dime here and I implore you to do the same. read more

After my initial experience, the manager at ScrubaDub contacted me to see if they could improve my feelings about their service. So I went back... My second wash was indeed leaps and bounds better than my first, but not perfect. Since there seems to be no standard for which cars get the manual pre-wash, I have noticed spots of salt that don't come off during the wash. I think this is a great summer quick wash! read more

This was my first time at a scrubadub. My previous experiences with car washes have been on Long Island where your car drives through (similar to here) and then guys finish up the outside with some rags to give it a little extra. The service I just mentioned is their basic service that costs about $13. After driving through scrubadub one time, my car was still dirty! I should also mention that my car had basic dirt from being outside (not extremely dirty) - just run of the mill dirt that collects from parking outside. I read the sign that they will clean it until I'm satisfied, and the guys were super nice about it and told me to pull around and drive through again. It was definitely better after a second washing, but still not what I would expect from a car wash. I'm disappointed in scrub a dub (the quality of a basic wash) and am currently looking up other car washes in the area. read more
