SCRUBTASTIC came to Sunrise Hospital (Las Vegas) for Nurses Week selling scrubs. No RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY posted on-site or even on the e-mail receipt (there is no paper receipt btw!). Few days later I found out their scrubs are overly priced (like $13-$15 over) than online sellers. I purchased 6 pairs of scrubs. So I went to the store to return my purchase and they told me that the policy (which is clearly posted by the cashier at the actual store) is NO RETURN/REFUND and only EXCHANGES could be made. The "owner" FRANK K. came over to me as I was talking it out with his employees and said I was being "argumentative" and that I have to get out of the store. He then abruptly took my purchases and walked me out of the store saying he cannot help me resolve this issue and that I have to get out. There were customers around and truth is he doesn't want these customers to hear how overly priced their products are. Also, nevermind how overly priced their products are but how he mistreated his customer who came to talk to solve issues with his store and its products. Lesson learned, never buy from an unknown retailer. It's my first time buying from them and never will I ever do another purchase. www.uniformadvantage.com is way better and way cheaper, shipping for purchase more than $99.00 is free. Even tax free! And more items to choose from. Think twice before going to this place, don't let them take your $$$. Also I will make sure this goes out to all my coworkers at Sunrise Hospital and the administration, and friends from other hospitals around the valley too. I have been coming here for years for scrubs because they have a huge selection. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable about the different lines they carry. I wish they had a better shoe collection but then again they are not "shoetastic". They have my loyalty and I will continue coming here for years to come. Thank you scrubtastic staff!!! read more

I love their scrubs but if you want to close early you should put closing hours 4:55 not 5 on a Sunday. I Rushed to get here before they closed door wasn't even locked I went in and asked if I can please buy a pair of pants I already knew which ones and the worker said no. Absolutely terrible, I repeat TERRIBLE, customer service! Do not visit this store, unless you want to deal with poor customer service and a bunch of underpaid kids, apparently. The staff are all teenagers who have no idea how to work their computer systems and they do not know the answer to any questions! The scrubs are a bit pricey, as well. The store has no idea how to keep up with high demand and deals with this issue by either a) getting EXTREMELY rude with the customers or b) turning them away. I am so dissatisfied. Scrubtastic has an okay selection of scrubs. I've had a hard time finding my size (small). The sales people that work there are unprofessional and unorganized. The several times I've been there, they did not greet me as I was walking through the door. You would think the sales people and the owner of the store would be grateful that they are getting any customers especially in this economy. I'm so glad Vegas finally has a decent scrub store! Now that Life Uniform only has 2 stores here in town, that only leaves La Isla which I can't stand. That store is so dirty and unorganized. I came out with 2 bug bites my last visit. Anyways back to scrubtastic, they have a decent selection of scrubs, brands and lots of colors. I have had a hard time finding scrub bottoms that I like, I'm not short but I have to buy petite bottoms because I can't stand when my pants drag on the ground or get caught under my heel. They have a large selection of petite pants. They only carry about 4 colors of Grey's Anatomy, which is why I can't give them any more stars. Also they don't do cash returns, store credit or exchange only. I was crushed when Dickies stopped making scrubs, but magically this store has them in stock, they don't have the sandwashed tops, but beggars can't be choosers. What I found was an extra bonus is they keep track of your purchases throughout the year so when you do your taxes, all the info you need for your right off is organized for you! Had a wonderful experience at this store. The young man who is the store manager was extremely helpful. I bought a pair of Alegria shoes. My sister bought 2 pairs. If you think they are expensive buy a different brand. They are expensive it is not the store's fault. The customer service was above average. I was a little worried that I wouldn't find scrubs that fit, seeing as how I'm barely 4'10", but the woman working showed me the best scrubs for petite women. She was very informative and very nice! Largest and best scrub store I have EVER seen. Huge inventory. I ONLY wear Dickies Gen Flex and they not only had my size but the color I was looking for. Prices were on a par with the best on-line prices I could find. Less actually, if you take into account the cost of shipping. They gave some nifty little presents for Nurses week- along with a coupon for $10 off and another for $5- off on you next purchase. That is HUGE and I will definitely be back! BTW they had a huge selection of Dansko clogs (arguably the best nursing footwear!) Maybe 20 styles. Impressive. read more

The salon I work for bought all of our scrubs for our employees though them and when I went in to try and return a pair of pants because they were high waters they said it was fine. Had me try on longer pants and then when I was checking out they decided to change their my even though I had the receipt and not give me an exchange. Felt like it was a waste of my time and bad customer service and I'm still stuck with high water pants. For now on our salon is taking our business elsewhere. Sorry not sorry read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in on 4/22 and needed royal blue scrubs for my new job. There were two very helpful ladies there (Melissa and Chelsie). I decided to get different brands to see which one i liked the best. One of the girls recommended the iflex cherokee but it had to be special ordered. I went ahead and bought 3 including the special order. The scrubs there were only normal regular in length and i asked for petite because im short. One of the girls even helped me look for petite pants.. but no luck so i said ok no prob i can fold them but ofcourse the special ordered scrubs i would want petite. I finally came in to pick up the scrubs and the lady told me the pants were regular not petite. A man named frank came up and said well your other pants were regular so..??? So i sat there explaining to him several times that they didnt have petite that day in the brands i took home. I asked him what the girls name was and if one was asian to try and figure out who each one was and he said "i dont see how race has anything to do with this" uhmm okay i was just asking then i got frustrated and asked so will this take another week and he says no longer than that . Okay then i asked may i just return it then i dont want it anymore he said No and i said okay well i gotta write a review about this. He then said "if your gonna write a nasty review than i cant help you" i was shocked!!!!! How dare he say that to me .... so i said i wasnt gonna write a nasty review can u pleaae order me the right size u said earlier u would order it. He basically said no he could not help me. So i left and called to speak to managwr and Frank said he was the owner and i said that wasnt fair of him and he basically denied everything. Please take your money and buy scrubs somewhere else. Ive never been so disappointed in customer service. If one of your employee made a mistake or maybe even i did not being clear what size but at least help a customer out. I have been to Scrubtastic a few times now and with the exception of one occasion when the staff was somewhat indifferent I have generally had good experiences. The store is clean, quiet, and very well organized. For the most part, the staff is very attentive and helpful. They have a wide variety of scrubs and some medical equipment as well. Some of the more common sizes can be out of stock but there are always similar alternatives. Additionally, they tend to offer coupons for next time after your purchase. Overall, I would recommend this store. read more

I will never shop here again. I work in the dental field and was very excited to find a scrub store with decent prices. However the customer service was HORRIBLE. I wanted to have a top embroidered. I made the request and was told it would take three days to be completed and I would receive a call. Day three no call. I call them on day four and was told it would be put next in line and be completed within two hours and would receive a call. Five hours later still no call. I went in and asked to pick it up the person at the register rudely informed me that my Top still was not ready but it was next in line and that I should'nt have just shown up without having received a phone call from them first! Never again. Poor management, unorganized, and rude employees. read more

Michelle was awesome at helping find the perfect fit and must have brought me 50 sets of scrubs to try on. The entire staff is polite and helpful. The selection and stock are the best I've seen. I will not go anywhere else for scrubs ever again. I walked in dreading trying on scrubs because they never fit right and I walked out very happy. After reading the reviews on this store, I am going to go shopping here. I don't go to a scrub store for customer service, I don't like be hounded as soon as I walk in a store, I like to look at stuff and then if they are not too busy to say something fine approach me. I have been in the health care field since I was 14 years old and I have always liked making my own decisions and shopping and looking. I have shopped in many scrub stores and they all have their perks and disadvantages. All scrubs have gone up over time and I look at the clearance racks that are discounted and the new in scrubs which are always more expensive. I have heard nothing but good about this from my colleagues and I don't judge a store by customer service. Two employees for a scrub shop when it is as big as this store is not enough employees to make everyone happy. They have to stock, re-order, pick up everyone's mess, put stuff away, open up all the boxes and get the inventory to the floor for all of us, and plus be responsible for the cash flow in and out of the store. Now if that is not enough to deal with on an everyday work day then what is. Be nice to people and judgement day comes when we pass. God Bless these employees. read more

Went to this store for the first time to buy the Alegria shoes that everyone recommends at work. When I walked in the employees said nothing and I had to find the product myself, in addition one of the employees was leaning over the counter on her cellphone. I eventually bought the shoes but before I did I asked if I could return them if they were uncomfortable since I often have trouble finding good shoes. The response I got was "yes as long a they are not worn within the 30 days." I wore these shoes around the house and found they were not the shoes for me. I attempted to return the shoes and discovered the real store policy was no refunds only store credits and exchanges which was not communicated to me the first time and was told there was nothing to be done except store credit and no manager to speak to. For the next four days I called 6 times to try to speak with a manager on the situation since my hospital goes to uniforms and i have no use for a store credit and found out they are never at the store. I emailed the customer service and was answered by piper the owner ad manager that said I could only get a store credit. I subsequently emailed her two more times with no replies to explain the situation and she never wrote back. I eventually went to the store to get a store credit that I would never use since my hospital is going to embriodered uniforms and sold it to a customer and after leaving the store realized they didn't even give the person I sold it to the full value of the credit they simply exchanged it for the sale price, which makes me sick that she lost money. In addition at this time the manager never came out to speak to me and told me she would allow the exchange today only even though I was within all parameters for an exchange. The manager is rude, unprofessional and greedy and the employees are not any better especially since they are trained by her. I will never be shopping here again and have told everyone on my unit to avoid this store. read more

I have shopped at Scrubtastic several times over the past few years, and while I love the selection of brands and colors, the past THREE times I have gone in, I couldn't find the Grey's and ICU scrubs I wanted in a Medium size (very common) in a matching pant and top. There is either a medium in pant or top but not both. So while they have a large selection, there are always only a few of each color/style type, at least in Grey's and other Barco scrubs. I have told the staff about this problem twice before when I left without purchasing anything, that I would have spent some cash there if they carried enough stock in my size. I don't live close to the store so after three wasted trips and gas money, I'l be ordering from somewhere else online and pay the shipping, so at least I will get something for my money. By offering such a large selection of brands, they have limited sizes in this smaller store. read more
