I used scuba center of Temecula to service my two scuba rigs and change the batteries in the computers they charged me $175 each to expedite it because they were backed up for three weeks which is not my fault besides the labor to do the work. and I brought it in there in plenty of time to do it I had thought but then they called me and said they wanted another $160 for a new regulator after they were trying to take mine apart and broke it which I agreed to and then when I went to pick it up it was another $350 it came out over $700 just a service my two rigs with one new regulator I thought that was not good service at all read more

I had been looking for the Aqua Lung Rogue waistband assembly for months. It was backordered everywhere. I kept checking back, but still no joy. I did another search, as I was coming up on a diving trip, and low and behold, I found it at Scuba Center Temecula when searching their website. I was in disbelief so I did something unusual for me. I picked up the phone and called before placing the order. What a refreshing experience! Not only did Chob answer my question on availability, but we also discussed how I wanted to swap the waistband on my Aqua Lung Outlaw BCD for the Rogue waistband, which had the pockets I wanted. He then completed my order over the phone and emailed me with a tracking number for the shipment that very day. A few days later, he called me to confirm I had received it and that it worked out! I worked in the customer service business for many years and I know what great customer service is. This. Was. It. I could not be happier with my experience and with my new BCD set up. I created a Yelp account specifically to give a 5 start review to Scuba Center Temecula, so that in itself should send the message across. I heard about Scuba Center from their advertisement during the Food and Wine festival this summer. They were giving out a great deal to get certified this summer, so I said "why not?" I was amazed by the service of all the staff at Scuba Center. I was only in Temecula for a summer job and the staff did everything they could to accommodate my needs. For example, I had a flight scheduled on the second day of confined water dive training. Since flying within 24 hours after diving is not recommended, the owners of Scuba Center set up a time to do the confined water dive for me and my friends in their very own home pool and even provided lunch! I don't know how service can get any better than that. And during the open water dives I felt extremely safe with the very qualified instructors and they made sure that each buddy team had a Dive Master or Dive Master in Training with them at all times to ensure their safety. The staff is not only professional, but also very fun. They made the entire experience extremely enjoyable and the next time I'm in the area I definitely plan on trying to do a dive with the staff. I highly recommend getting scuba certified through Scuba Center. The open water dives are done in Catalina and La Jolla, both amazing sites. The open water dives could have been easily done at other, less exciting spots, but at Scuba Center, they go all out. Finally, a Scuba Store in Temecula that is actually a knowledgeable Scuba Store! Not only does everybody here dive, but they know what they are talking about and pay attention to safety, which sadly seems to be lacking in many operations these days. They carry several lines of gear and I'm especially thankful that they carry Scuba Pro, which is what I've used for over 2 decades. They are extremely helpful with dealing with distributors too; assisting me with a warranty issue with a company to the point of getting an entirely new unit. Don't waste your money on on-line gear purchases that have limited warranties, or the multi-sports big box store that doesn't know anything about diving or their gear. They also support a local dive club where you can meet other divers, which is great. There always seems to be divers hanging out here sharing stories and giving great advice on dive locations I've never been too. read more

Don't hesitate to get your gear serviced here. Buy your gear here, they take care of you. I dropped off my gear to get overhauled (several weeks before I needed it), when the BC and first stage regulator appeared to need more parts and that it might not be ready for a dive weekend, they offered up rental equipment. The equipment was unserviceable sadly due to the prior shop (not Scuba Center Temecula) over torquing many fittings inside my first and second stage regulators. They quickly got me up and running with a new set. Great job on Service, you can 'literally' trust them with your life. When a special order didn't look like it would arrive on time for my dive excursion, they drove to pick it up. Really, I can't wait to take a class with them at this level of professionalism and quality. p.s. I know there is a closer dive shop to me in Beaumont, but I drive all the way to Temecula for my precious gear. read more

The first time we went to this scuba shop to get our snorkling gear I knew that this was a great place. We got first hands on with the gear and lots of information to get ready for our scuba classes. We just returned from our Advanced rating course at Catalina, and they went above & beyond to make sure everyone could participate and enjoy the course. Not only did we dive in the Catalina dive park, but then finished up with two boat dives the next day. What an adventure. The rental department is in great shape, When they do air fills they are topped off and the compressor is not getting water into the tanks like the other place in Murrieta. Billy V. WOW!!!!!!! I took my advanced open water certification this saturday an sunday. My Saturday class was really fun, My sunday class was a bit more challenging, it was my first deep water dive. It was not what I had expected, Had it not been for my dive instructor Jon V. I most likely would have had a bad experience. However with jon's cool, calm, positive attitude, experience an passion for diving I would have been miserable!!!!!! Jon took my uncertinty an built my confidence to complete my deep water dive .Not only did I complete my first dive, I made two more deep water dive's with no hesitation an had a total blast with a great experience I will never forget. I rarely write reviews but the entire staff was so professional, safety oriented and helpful that I felt obliged to share our experience with others. Everything was top notch including the online learning modules, pool training events and Mission Point and Catalina open water dives. We've snorkeled in the past but have always wanted to get scuba certified. Scuba Center Temecula made the whole process as easy as possible. The entire staff, especially Daniel and Grahm, was incredibly helpful. They had an amazing amount of knowledge and were extremely patient from start to finish. We had a couple of school / work conflicts that they were able to work around. Consequently, we were able to wrap up the course toot sweet. This place was great. I found everyone very accommodating, as I am a teenage customer. I found managing the gear a little more challenging than the other students, so I needed some additional assistance during all of the dives. I learned quite a lot from everyone at Scuba Center, and I will definitely come back to work with them again.
