Instead of calling to let me know, or finding one at another location they let me drive to the rental place to tell me. They also made it seem like I was imposing upon them when I asked them to find one in their system. Turns out they rented them all to Amazon, and even though I had a reservation they gave them my can. They offered a 16' box truck, which defeats the purpose as I can't get it into my parking garage. Crap customer service, and the hungover attendant was of no help.

This place has an inventory of what I would guess to be a couple of dozen cars and trucks between their airport and Vista locations that are all about 10 years old. I only rent from them when I'm moving stuff (I got a mini-van for $150/week, and a mid-size truck for $199). It's way cheaper than Uhaul for that kind of vehicle, and I kinda like how janky their business is... Not for everyone, but great for me.

After inspecting the Hummer it was obvious it was not a sudden issue. SUV was covered in pollen and dirt and owners personal belongings, gum, water bottles and keys were in plain site. It's obvious he lied to Turo that it was a mechanical issue in order to cancel it. Wasted my time and uber to and from the vehicle when he could have given me much more notice. It's obvious they have done this sort of cancellation before and know that Turo won't allow the customer to leave a bad review because the trip never happened. Precisely why they have a 4.9 on Turo and much worse on here. Stay clear of this shady company.

I offered to split my reservation if the issue was the length, no response. It was a horribly stressful few days as I scrambled to find another car. Turns out the Mach-E was recalled in March.
