First time track rider here. Took the beginner's ride class and dawned the colored mesh vest as a newb level 1 rider! Wow! The instructor (Thom C.?) was the best. I think his leather's said Thom C...but the people in the class were calling him John? That confused the heck out of me. I also had Terry as my riding coach. The ratio was 3 newbs to 1 instructor. Had a veryyyy good experience the first time out. The owner of Fastrack Riders even came out and gave a class ending speech and thanked everyone for attending. He also roamed the garages and chit chatted with the folks out there and checked on us! Fastrack Riders is top notch in my books. They run their trackdays at Auto Club Speedway (formerly California Speedway) in Fontana. It was professional, SAFE (that is the KEY world here) and fun! All of their employees from the check in staff, to the Techs, to the instructors and corner workers were A+! I highly recommend them and I'll be back to work on my leaning skills again in the near future. They also give you a transponder to track your lap times. I only got up to 131 mphs on the front straight. They said 170+ for the pros? WOW!!!! Bring your own food and drinks. read more

I was just going thru pics of the dozens and dozens of track days I've attended over the last 10 years and realized that the vast majority were with Fastrack Riders- mainly at California Speedway but at other tracks, too. My wife and I still use a pic from the day of our first date that was at a track day there. Besides great support, access to tech, tires and guidance, training sessions and photography, this group has always been the most professional and reliable. I've done track days with others where there was essentially no supervision and found it dangerous - and on the other side, some with others that had too many constraints. Fastrack Riders offers the perfect balance and have so for a long time. I highly recommend them and suggest that even if you're just a street rider, you'll find a vast increase in your skills and ability to ride safely on the street by taking one or more track days - And it's the ultimately E ticket ride!! read more

Overheard something was happening at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Often times Race Tracks are rented by groups / organizations allowing members / individuals to run their vehicles on world class courses. No Traffic, No Cell Phones, No Speed Limits!!! At Your Own Risk. Fast Track Riders does this throughout SoCal, and here in Las Vegas. Bring your own bike and equipment, they'll supply the instruction. And from what I witnessed, it is very personal, and accurate. They care that you get faster, are safe, but have a great time. Proof was in the smile of a man I met, Mark. Attending since 2013 and Fastrack at Autoclub Speedway in Fontana is a top notch track day that provides you with garages, power, timed laps, and emphasis on safety and training opportunities. You have to book early for your group as these sell out almost every time I have attended. There is tire service and suspension tuning on site. It's 20 turns and you will use all 6 gears if you are on a 600 or a 1000. There is also a big racer influence on 3 or 4 of the events throughout the year so you can get caught up in progress that takes you from beginner to advanced to racer. Eric Bostrom, Fastrack Rider Coach: I highly recommend Eric for 1:1 training to any level rider who really wants to move to a higher level of riding. His VERY positive approach including calling out how your style is like a past champion and why, his philosophy that each individual has their style and he works with that to make you better at it....you'll really like this young man and again, the best coach I have had the great pleasure to meet. I'm going to practice a few more days at ACS, and when I've gotten rid of my old tools and have incorporated the new, I'll be calling Eric again provided he's not booked up. Had a wonderful time at Auto Club Speedway with Fastrack Riders organization last weekend ($269, Fridays $216). This is my third time riding with this organization and the first time I had signed up for their Rider Development School (RDS) for $100. The time spent was well worth it and I highly recommend the classes if anyone ever gets a chance to take it. I had so much fun and gained an immense amount of knowledge. RSD offered gratuitous lessons in riding and I took in as much as I could. I felt like what would've taken me six months of riding on the streets I gained in the seven hours I was in class and on track. We started off with a sighting lap early in the morning at 8:00am then it was off to the classroom before session 1. The class lessons ranged from rules of the flag, body position to more mechanical lessons towards the end of the day (i.e suspensions and tires). The one that I personally found the most helpful was their hands on approach on learning how to position your body on your bike. Each student's bike is positioned onto a wheel chock as the instructors point out the areas we could work on by adjusting how we're seated to our arm and head placement. They would have us repeat motions of switching from one side to another until it was ingrained into our memory. It was then that we applied what we were taught onto the track. This was another great thing about RSD was that each instructor would follow and teach on track right after each lesson so that it was fresh in our heads. It was also nice that they only had 3 students per instructor which I thought was a great number, it's not so many that the time spent on each student would be decreased. They would follow and record us starting off in the morning and for about six sessions they would tape our progression throughout the day and then at the end of the class provide you a USB drive of how you did (along with certificates). It's a great system that they have and wish other organization look into adopting something like that for beginner track riders like myself. I can see why track is so addicting for some that they would give up riding streets altogether. I see the thrill and the fun in learning in an environment where one can actually focus on getting better rather than being fearful of a car that might be coming towards you or some stray debris or tire piece crashing into your bike. All of these are eliminated at the track as you have eyes at every corner making sure your safety comes first. Tracking is definitely a brilliant experience that everyone should at try at least once. read more

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review of this track day provider because of the way they handled the WERA Rd 1 event at Auto club raceway in Fontana CA. WERA cancelled the event so you would think Fastrack riders would be doing the same because it's the same weekend at the same place and if Covid was too dangerous to race you would think it would be the same for the track day provider. I have been racing/riding over 30 years and have ridden with several different track day providers and this would have been my first event with fastrack riders and my last one as well. Not saying this is a bad club but they just didn't handle my situation correctly and have lost my business and any business from my friends/riders. Burn me out of $279 and this is what you get! I'm sure I wasn't the only one burned from that weekend as it rained on top of the deadly coronavirus . And for the record, I don't believe covid should have shut down the WERA event either but at least WERA didn't burn riders out of money. They credited all riders accounts! read more

Fastrack Riders do everything right and their new riders school is amazing. An instructor will manage 3-4 people and teach you how to ride better. It's all about making you a better rider. If you own a motorcycle you owe it to your motorcycle to get on the track. She is just begging you to take her to the track. Everytime you twist the throttle she grumbles underneath you, barely making a peep. She wasn't painstakingly designed by some crazy engineer to putt along the freeway. Maybe you feel like a champ dicing up the canyons, you have the knee puck scuffs to prove you are no less than an equal to Rossi. She can barely get excited enough to get through the day, wailing from time to time but ultimately just barely moving. So when you are done posing sign up and get ready to share an experience with your bike. The wild screaming and rumbling will be her only response. read more

Fastrack Riders is a great way to spend a day/weekend! I've gone 3 times and am already planning my next few trackdays. :) It's a very organized event starting with an email a few days ahead of the trackday listing suggested time to be there, schedule, and other useful information. Your first time on the track they suggest you do the Rider Development School (RDS) so I signed up for that and found it very helpful. RDS is the first group on the track and does a sighting lap where we follow the instructors around at a slower pace and get our first introduction to the track layout. After a few laps around we go in to a classroom and start learning about different aspects of track riding. We alternate between classroom and then applying what was taught onto the track throughout the majority of the day. Additionally after each session you get some individual feedback from your instructor on things to focus on next time out. They leave plenty of time for questions. So while they definitely have a curriculum they follow they are also open to helping you with specific aspects of riding you are interested in. I'm a fairly new rider and was concerned about being too slow, how intimidating it would be with so many faster riders, etc.. but I feel Fastrack is so well run that those fears quickly subsided. They make the experience as safe as possible (there's always risk obviously...). After my first few sessions I was able to relax and focus on what we were learning in the class and I could really feel my riding improving each time around! What's even better is I feel so much more aware of my bike now that it translates back into street riding. I definitely feel it makes me a better rider all around. Everyone there is super nice from staff to other riders. The day is a total blast! The Fontana track has some great amenities too. Garages with power, concession stand (seemed to be open every time so far), and clean bathrooms. I can't wait to go back! read more

Great track day provider. I have ridden Auto Club Speedway with them four times in the last six months. I first took their novice riders school which is great info either for first time track riders, or just to get comfortable with this track. Their web site has good info, their online registration process is easy, their on track check in and tech inspection is reasonable (get there early or you will wait in line at check in), the rider meeting, start/finish/corner workers all good. At tech inspection they put a transponder on your bike that they take off at the end of the day....your lap times are posted at the track and also online...pretty cool to go back and check out your performance. They run 3 sessions like most track organizations. If you are a sport bike rider and haven't done it...I highly recommend trying it. Hey Fastrack Riders! I just wanted to drop by and say thanks. Thanks for organizing great track days. I remember meeting David Pyles for the first time back in 2013 and I thought, "this dude is real hardass, what's his issue?" Fast forward to a few months later when it dawned on me, there's over 100 riders here jamming on their throttles and hitting speeds of 150+ mph. If David wasn't a hardass, it'd be total freakin' chaos. Now with Imad at the helm, nothing has changed. The rules are there to keep us Rossi-wannabes safe. Last Sunday was no different. You guys run a tight ship, from registration all the way to tech inspection. I always have a blast at your events. Keep up the good work.
