Great queso and drink. Jaxson was the best waiter. The vibes are nice for family and friends and gamed!

I was really optimistic when we came into Senior Taps. We got seated right away, and the service was great the whole visit. We started with a margarita. It was massive and it was delicious! I got an appetizer of the street corn. It was served cold (not a deal breaker), but it came with way more chips than corn. The Chile Rellenos was my main dish. It was cooked well, and the cheese blend was good, but the sauce was way too tangy, like the sweetness level was pushed over the top. It was so close to being a good dish. The tacos were sub par. The chicken tastes like the flavor was boiled out of it, the beef had generic taco seasoning, and the birria tasted like a carrot stew. Kinda gross across the board. We will come back for the margarita flight, but will probably pass on eating here again.

This was my first visit. The margaritas were amazing! We started with the queso dip. At first it was very runny, but as it cooled it thickened. Added the meat and jalapeños. Oh so yummy!! The quesbirria tacos were delicious. The meat was cooked perfectly. The dip was flavorful. Probably one of our favorites! Loved the Enchiladas Rústicas! I was worried they would be too bland with just cheese, but the spicy red sauce on the tortillas was amazing! Something new we tried was the Cochinita Pibil. The flavor was out of this world, especially paired with their green sauce! The sopes, although great flavor, were more difficult to eat. Do you use a fork and knife? Do you pick them up? We weren't sure and couldn't find the best way. Overall, excellent restaurant and service! We may be biased because we love Emilio!

Been in 3 times now and have forgotten to take pictures of my food. Once you order it takes a little to get your food but it's so worth the wait! My favorite so far is the shrimp tacos! Cannot wait to come back and try happy hour and margaritas. They had an outdoor patio that looks amazing for the summer weather!

The drinks and food were a bit on the pricier side but what isn't in this economy at this point. Food was yummy and drinks were definitely worth. We got the Cadillac margarita and lemon drop, delish! Will definitely be coming back. Our server was also lovely and friendly and she remembered our order without writing anything down which was cool :p

Their birria is tasty, they have the GOOD queso, and their top-shelf reaching bartender makes the best mocktails. Thanks Jaxon! Oh they also have a dog friendly patio and happy hour Sundays. Two thumbs up.

Amazing staff, bartenders, food is absolutely delicious. Try the Cochinita Pibil taco or the house made chorizo taco. Delicious. The drinks are made with spice and love. Say hello to Jonny, Sal, and Melissa!

Fresh flavors. Love their Vegetarian Choices . Would be awesome to see even more veg items added. Street tacos with A+ tortilla, delicious, not greasy. Loved the lengua. Bright, warm interior with large windows.

Cascades Amphitheater is a really nice outdoor venue, and I've enjoyed the shows I've seen here…read more The bathrooms are impressively clean for a place like this, which I really appreciate. I also like that they offer more than just alcohol--having options like Liquid Death is a big plus. That said, the food could be better. The pretzels I tried were overpriced and unfortunately stale, so I wouldn't recommend them. Also, the sound quality on the lawn isn't the best; the speakers there make it harder to enjoy the show compared to the seated sections. In my opinion, it's worth trying to get a seat if you want the best experience. Overall though, it's a good venue with a lot of potential, and I do enjoy coming here for live music.

Then there was the time the audio was the worst thing I've ever heard at a show before. Whether you have seats or are on the lawn there will be things blocking your view but they do a pretty good job of getting good shots on the giant screens. Parking is always frustrating because it's never the same way twice. They're there for every car to get parked but until you get to the street they don't help you get out. Usually it's not the worst, but have been stuck with literally no cars around being able to move for over an hour. I see now that they're renting chairs or whatever for the lawn - I can see how this would be useful to some people. Bathrooms are usually pretty decent. Not a fan of the changes to the food/drinks though. Used to have space in the middle where you could get condiments, napkins etc but nowhere in site and they don't give you napkins at most of the vendors. They had these cute little mixed drinks shots but require you to take it there - no thank you. Beer and such that used to be on tap is now just cans but they expect huge tips and the price is just as high. Cocktails aren't just expensive, but not very tasty either. Not impressed with the food options. Used to have delicious things like pulled pork nachos but now the menu is just awful. Used to plan to eat there but now I never will again. I did get nachos and what was weird was I asked if she could make them without the flaming hot Cheetos and she said she had to put them on. Okay, so you're about to step away for several minutes to put together my nachos but you insist you have to include an ingredient that you clearly don't have to. Then she forgets toppings like corn, which is the main thing since there is no meat option. You have to pay more for cheese and not only are they very small, but very little toppings. You have to get an bracelet for over 21 but then some of the vendors want you to dig your ID back out so they can check it. Defeats the entire point of the wristband and you're holding up the line, not that I think any of these people really know what they're doing when they check it anyway. If the price is right it's a good place to go to a show but definitely downhill.

Staff is always friendly, but slow to help an unknown customer and sometimes a bit scarce. You'll get your food hot - but ask for what you need upfront bc they rarely come back. Last time I ate half my meal and packed the rest up myself to take home because even though there were at least 3 people on the floor, they were busy chatting with regulars and each other. This shouldn't deter you, but prepare you to be patient and you'll get the best in the area for a Reuben, French Dip, Eggs Benedict and prime rib on Fridays. The food here is FAR better than Billy Blues. I'm giving it a 4-star because the food really is good and that's the only reason I go there. They just need to step it up with the service. As far as atmosphere, well, it IS a saloon.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit sealed the deal -- I won't be returning. When we arrived, there were only about 6 diners total, yet service was already stretched thin with just one waitress/bartender handling around 30 guests shortly after. Our food came out completely cold. We ordered nachos, and the chips were soft all the way through -- no crunch at all. I've honestly had warmer food from a Taco Bell drive-thru after a 10-minute drive. Service was just as frustrating. My drink sat empty before our food even arrived, and I didn't receive a refill until after I had already finished eating. To top it off, several menu items and toppings were unavailable. I had to change my original order because they were "out" of multiple things, including most of the nacho toppings. After we left, my husband said he wanted chicken nuggets and ice cream from McDonald's -- which pretty much sums up how unsatisfied we were. Update: We ended up going to McDonald's, and the chicken nuggets tasted better than the meals we had at 99 Saloon & Grill. They were also significantly hotter -- even after a 3-mile drive home. I understand places can have off days, but this felt like a consistent decline that finally hit rock bottom.

There are more tables too, both normal height and high tops. They've also added a pool table and cornhole, in addition to the original ping pong table. Their menu has evolved as well. In addition to pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers, they've added a Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, spinach artichoke dip and ice cream floats. They have a nice variety of beers and ciders. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We love their QR code ordering system. It helps you get your food faster and you can just pay your tab on your phone. Such a convenience! You can also make reservations online, which is great for large parties. As others have mentioned, it is located in an odd industrial area set back from the main road. It's easy to miss if you're not watching for their sign. There's plenty of parking and a large outdoor seating area during the summer. Their food prices have gone up, and some items seem a little steep now, but that seems to be happening everywhere nowadays.
